Under the twilight of the sky was stretched a strange hill range. They were neither cool nor hot, they don't resemble the temperature around them but a unique nature, strong energy for cultivation. A skeletal figure carried a not very meaty woman in his arms like a princess walking towards the summit of a hill.

The path he walked was covered entirely with grasses and flowers, naturally emitting an intent in anyone to stay but the man showed indifference. His face was filled with worry, his eyes were seemingly on the path but in fact, they firmly landed on the woman in his hands.

She never cared anything but leading his way by directing him. They were ascending a particular peak but after minutes the woman extended her hands and pointed somewhere. When the young man's eyes followed her, as if his heart suddenly was pierced by thousands of knives was his expression. Regret and pain filled him but the young woman in his hands smiled at him.

"What are you worrying for?" her gentle voice alarmed. She chuckled, seeing he was snapped back to reality.

"This place was exactly the same as our lair!" he deliberately let out an excited tone and covered his muddy thoughts. But what he said was true. While Lin Cian was pondering if she could remember him, she have spend her days with his memories.

Wasn't it a mistake having a wrong judgment?

How could he ignore a person who was very loyal to him?.... moreover someone he never wanted to lose!

All his thoughts were settled when he saw the summit because it was very identical to the place where they both spend on Lin hill. In the mountain behind their castle was a small peak where the two children spend their days together for a few years. The children call it their lair.

"You remember?" she was amazed for a moment. "I heard from mother you never went back after I departed. It's been a few years but... you remember it quite well"

"Should I forget about this... I may forget about myself as well" he didn't pull a long face but his tone sounded like.

"..." she smiled at him and laid her cheeks on his shoulder and hid her childish smile.

He carried her to the summit and helped her to be seated on the ground. The whole time her eyes never wandered but fixed on her to-be husband.

Lin Cian's face darkened but he didn't dare to look at her face. Not realizing she was staring at him, he looked plainly in the distance.

"Is something bothering you?" Her face was full of worry. But somehow realizing the fact's she looked at him but her eyes had an enchantment on them. 'No regret'.
