Elaith woke up greeted by a delicious and fragrant smell. And when he opened his eyes, he saw a finely roasted deer on top of thick leaves.

Decorating this dish were berries and vegetables. There were also some fruits on the sides. It was such a hunger-enticing sight.

His stomach growled. Elaith stared at the food. Steam came out of the deer which meant that the food was prepared recently.

Elaith looked outside. The rain still went on. Did someone come without him realizing? That was almost impossible. His senses as a cultivator were enhanced. If someone or something entered the cave he would have known.

He caressed Goliath's fur as he kept staring at the food. Should he eat it? What if it was poisonous?

His stomach growled again. It started to feel hurt like someone grabbed and squeezed it hard.

Goliath woke up and noticed the food. He quickly pounced on it.
