The Great Machine Sage

The undead continued to swarm the Boiling Volcano to no avail. The explosive balls and Automated Shooting Vehicle had stalled them almost indefinitely.

It had been a few days now, and the soldiers were getting bored of watching these undead getting mowed down.

Their fearless tendency made them keep going without control. Their numbers were so many that it filled the wasteland, but they couldn't advance.

A soldier yawned on top of the wall as three ASV rolled out of the gates. The BC-79 mounted at the front roared, spitting bullets, and killing many undead.

Well, they were already dead, so killing didn't sound like the right word.

The soldier put his hands inside a small bag and pulled out something wrapped in parchment. Opening it, the parchment revealed a breadmeat. Like its name, a breadmeat was simply meat hugged by two pieces of bread.

"Hey, you brought food?" Someone asked.
