<p>Hax shooed Aimer away and went to grab a large parchment. He wanted to work on the gauntlet right away. It contradicted with his wish to not rely on the cultivators, but he wasn't a fool. The Enemy had successfully conquered half the continent. Their resources must be immense, and their power must be great since even the cultivators had a hard time fighting them.</p>

<p>He was also wary about what Death King. The undead lords that he had fought almost had the same strength as Elwin. Elwin was strong, and the other sect leaders admitted that.
