Back in Shape

SELENA POV

My birthday is on a Friday so, I need to get my plan started. I kind of change up the plan a bit since Lisa and I are not close anymore I will not tell her; I am just going to go missing for a while and return when the time is right. Thinking about it now is kind of making me nervous, because if I really think about it, I don't really know what is going to happen for I have never known about any transformation when I turned eighteen. I do not know what to expect... I am currently walking around the territory just to clear my head; I must say Dylan has a really beautiful pack if I say so myself. The gardens that they have are really pretty but not too overwhelming with all the bright colors and the trees gives off some really good shade, that secure you with their branches. I wonder where their training ground is I must say since I have been here, I am out of shape.

I walked around for quite some time until I finally came across the training ground. I don't know if it is my eyesight but there's a lot more males than females which hurt my poor old soul. I am not even going to let that bother me right now, honestly, I just want to train to get my blood pumping, while walking unto the training grounds I got some weird stares. These people seriously don't know that staring is rude, anyway I made my way to the dude that was sitting, and he looked like he is also giving out instructions.

"Excuse me sir my name is Selena, and I would love to participate in your training just for today." I stated quite simply with a blank expression. He looked at me from hair strand to my toenail. "Do I know you? Did the Alpha give you permission to join our training pup?!" Okay rude much, PUP!!! Do I look like a pup to him, you know what Selena you are not a bad person play it cool. "Sir it is just for today that I wish to participate, I'm just curious to see if I can manage your training. To answer your questions now; no, you do not know me, and I do not know you. The Alpha is really busy so, he could not approve of me coming today but I really want to try out a weakling training." I said quite politely.

The instructor person looked at me and smirk. "Okay missy, I see that you got some fire in you now let's see how you take on my training. Would you like to start from beginners' level or my strongest warrior level?" He asked as if that would scare me. "Your level. I would like to start at your level." He stared at me with bold eyes. I could tell that he is totally flabbergasted by my response. "If it is okay, I would love for us to begin right away." He finally stopped daydreaming and smirked in my direction.

"Okay, by the way my name is Kevin. What's yours nightshade?" Aww he complimented me nightshade such a lovely nickname, if I was not mistaken, he is totally into me. "Artemis. You may call me Artemis; now shall we begin." He nodded, everyone else that were training stopped to watch us. I hope he doesn't disappoint, because these people want a show.

I took off my shirt leaving me in my sports bra, Kevin checked me out a bit. Kevin was already shirtless, so I gave him my flirtiest glance. The other warriors made a circle around us which made me pretty excited, Kevin and I began to walk towards each other we each had an excited smile on our face. "Hey nightshade! I won't go easy on you just because you're hot." "OH MY! I was really hoping you would have mercy on my poor body," I said with a hint of seduction, Kevin smiled and then charged at me. He wasn't lying when he said he would not go easy on me, he swung his right hook while also lifting his left leg at the same time. Not going to lie, I was caught a little off-guard, seeing through his trick I stepped back a bit and then turned to the right hitting his back, he was forced forward by the force but didn't let it bother him, he turned and face me, and fly kicked his two foot at once, literally I saw that move in Avatar, Prince Zuko did it. I used my hands to block, but he was fast and before I could react he kicked me in the side and almost hit my precious face. I got upset, why aim for the face? Anywhere else but the face dude, ignoring the pain in my side I countered his attack mocking him and doing his exact move, but changed a single detail. Instead to kicking I punched him in his gut and then kicked his side, he stooped down for a bit.

We continued like that I landed a lot of hits and so did he, the fight started to get a bit touchy. He held me in a neck grip from behind and blew on my ear, I tripped him so he would release me and we both land on the ground, I was on top straddling him. All our little fun ended when we heard a Dominant Growl, it didn't affect me, but it did affect Kevin. I am pretty sure you guys guessed who it was from. Yup Dylan, he looked deadly. Everyone bowed in respect except for me, because honestly, I couldn't be bothered to go on my knee and all that. "WHAT. DO. YOU. THINK. YOU. ARE. DOING!" He said each word really slow. "I was training?" It sounded more like a question. Dylan snapped his head to Kevin and asked the same question he asked me, but Kevin gave him a more tangible answer. "Alpha she just wanted to train, so I offered my services. I apologize Alpha if I did anything to offend you." Kevin said sincerely "I did not give her permission to train, you know females only train if they get my permission." Dylan said like it was the most common thing in the world, which made me angry, because I took it as an insult.

So, I lunged at him full force not holding anything back like how I was holding back in my previous fight. Today he will learn the strength of women!
