Chapter 39

A fine looking bungalow might I add.

I was the one who got off the bike first and took the cat in my embrace. Hueson soon got off the bike and started making his way towards the house. He opened the door, which was locked making me realize that we were going to be alone in his house.

Instead of clearing my thoughts, I cleared my throat and asked "You don't live with your parents?"

He stopped in his tracks and turned around leaning on the door frame, titling his head and answered "Nope" he said popping the 'p' with his signature smirk and turned around and made his way inside the house.

I stood there for a minute with slightly wide eyes. My mind wandering about various things that could happen if I took a single step inside.
