Chapter 127

Hueson's voice soft with a hint of concern. 

"I'll be fine Hueson. You should stop treating me like a small child. I'm all grown up now." She replied and I could totally imagine her creased up brows from the other side of the door. 

Titling my head slightly, I peeked inside the room. My heart skipped a beat beat the moment I saw Hueson combing Xaviar's hairs.

His back facing me, but the whole view was captured inside the mirror that was infront of them. His eyes trained on her hairs the whole time. His face free from any hint of anger. The whole livid demeanour was now replaced with a small smile that played along his lips. Smile, that spreaded a warmth all over my chest. His hands now slowly brushing off the strands that covered her forehead. Taking her hair into a bunch he maid a small bun out of it. 

My eyes never left his face. But soon his black eyes met mine making me realise that I was already inside the room.
