Life after catastrophe

It wasn't long before someone knocked on the door.

"The person I was waiting for is here." Arnold stood up to open the door.

"Mr. Johnson, here's the item you ordered." The person outside the door said politely.

Arnold said, "Thank you,"

then took out a tip and handed it to the person outside the door.

The person outside the door replied politely and eagerly: "Thank you, Mr. Johnson."

Arnold closed the door and put the box he received in front of Victoria, "Open it and take a look."

"Are you going to give me another gift?" Victoria asked him.

Arnold looked into her eyes, responding to her smile, and said affectionately: "Of course celebrate life after catastrophe."

For some reason, Victoria suddenly felt a sour feeling and couldn't help but ask, "Do you often give gifts to others too?"

By "others," both of them knew she was referring to women.
