A DEAL

"What did you say?" Fiona asked with clouded eyes.

Eric looked at her in surprise, wondering why she was asking her such pointed questions in front of everyone.

"Fiona, I think you dropped your spoon by accident; were you having a memory flash?" He asked smiling uneasily then he bent down quickly to pick up the spoon.

"Agnes, keep talking, I think she's remembering things, she's recently lost her memories, you see?" Samuel spoke quickly.

"What should I keep saying?" Agnes was perplexed.

Sweat beads began to form on Fiona's brow. She had no idea when the question came out of her mouth. Perhaps she was correct; Agnes was a spy sent by Roger or, more likely, Samson.

"Why are you sweating so much?" Eric spoke in hushed tones to Fiona.

"Oh no, what is wrong with you?" Grandma, too, was perplexed.

"I'll be back, I need to use the restroom," Fiona excused herself.
