CAN'T STAY

As Samuel drove away from the station, no one said anything.

"So you're not going to say anything, is that it?" Samuel fixed his gaze on Eric and Dinah, who were peering out the window screen.

"This was what I was avoiding; I could have just taken a cab home," Eric sighed as he continued massaging his temple.

"Then why didn't you?" Samuel shifted his gaze to the back seat.

"Your girlfriend here says I should join you," Eric responded.

"Girlfriend, whose girlfriend is Fiona?" Dinah tapped Eric on the arm with her elbow.

"Didn't you hear what I said?" Eric gave her a cold stare.

"I'm sorry," Dinah quickly apologized.

"How are you, Dinah?" Fiona faced them smiling

"I'm fine; how about you?" "How's your head?" She responded.

"It's fine as well; thanks for your assistance yesterday."

"It's nothing, I had to,"

While the ladies talked, Samuel keep staring at Eric through the rearview mirror as he drove.
