In the year 20XX, humanity is increasingly heading towards its end.
Wars against corrupt governments and the population itself confronting them, global warming in its alge, and in addition, technological advancement is no longer an asset of humanity, we have lost control.
Many, seeing the imminent decline, cried out and begged for the help and mercy of the Gods...
But nothing happened, "The Gods have abandoned us!" they said. They no longer believed...
Seeing such a plea did the Gods dare to move? No, even they had already given up, nothing could save humanity...
Humans no longer deserved the mercy of the Gods, after so much unbelief, ignorance and discord. They decided, they were going to exterminate the humans and start over, start over the right way.
Humans could hardly believe it if they knew that the Gods themselves, their own creators, had betrayed them.
Without mercy the Gods sent the earth something unbelievable and inconceivable to mortal eyes...
Monsters, but not just monsters, giant monsters, much bigger than any building, even the biggest building in the world seemed small before them...
And that made humanity tremble with fear, so humans were forced to hide in big cities in the middle of big countries...
There were no longer great nations, technology, or alliances...
Instead of coming together and fighting for survival together, humanity was no longer able to empathize. So the coastal cities, islands and small islands disappeared, along with thousands of people buried by the big paw of one of the monsters.
Large cities that were close to the sea were also trampled to dust, such as: Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo, Osaka, Lisbon, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
Humanity had no more hope of living, no longer saw any sense in believing in the existence of a creator, it made no sense they created him in order to exterminate them...
Nothing else made sense, but one of the Gods did not accept that his creation had such a tragic end, he could not accept that humanity could not defend itself properly, and fight for its survival.
With his mercy and empathy he stood against his brothers, even without the consent of everyone else, he cast a blessing on humanity, he gave a way for humans to fight such creatures, he gave hope to his children...
However, shortly after his rebellion against everyone present, he is killed. For the person he least expected, for his own older brother...
But nothing could be done, humans could already oppose them, oppose the Gods themselves, the creators themselves...
After that fateful day, the human race swore to take revenge on the Gods, and claim the throne for themselves.
