Any Legion Cabal reports to the closest Operations Center, the centralized command centre for all Canton of Vaud. Vaud is one of 26 cantons of ten districts that account for 376 municipalities. You're talking about roughly 3,200 square kilometres across the Swiss Alps, the Swiss Plateau, and the Jura Mountains.

In charge of all of this is one man who holds the office of Centurion: Danial Ian Daur. Theoretically, the Centurion has knowledge of every active Cabal, investigation, agent, and operative in his area of control.

Most Cabals only reported when they needed something – such as the number of personnel and firepower to conduct search and destroy operations. Having cleansed the cult's lakeside retreat, the survivors of that messy operation took a short break when Lukas made a phone call and once again dealt with the paperwork.
