there are different ways to probe the strength of different races for example
when it comes to demons, their horns indicate their strength ( asthus have 2 horns so he is a 2 level mana circle demon ).
in beastials their number tails indicate their strength.
in elf their number of wings indicate their strength.
in dwarves their number of stigmas ( tattoos in the size of a finger on their forehead).
Aron is a 3 horned demon so it indicates that he is a 3rd level mana circle demon, I spoke after asking him to stand up" now tell me your talent Aron ".

as we went by following his steps we came near a door, the doors filled with spikes protruding outwards as he opened the door we saw a hall with 10 demons with single horn working here and there. the demons saw us for a second and then continued their work seeing Aron with us.

as I saw future in his talent, I thought if his talent were a grade better or grades better he would be a valuable tool to use with his talent.

from starting my plan was to rope in individuals with good foundation and make them generals under my command in ruling the underworld of the empire.
I chose the first general as ASTHUS because his talent is to make potions which is a money grinding talent.
then ARON as the information tool to form an information organisation as well as assassins controller and commander tool.
then I chose DRACO because of his talent specifically if used properly he can become a void lord. 200 years ago void lord is an existence who controls dark holes and divastated many kingdoms with his own strength.
so Sam going to make him an existence like the void lord under me.who is going to provide the needed security of the underworld under my rule.
my first priority after taking the black market under my control is to change it in to an organised rule just like empire.
so first aim going to form three sections under my rule in every black market
