Journey On Pokemon Island[Hiatus]

"This little guy doesn't have long legs, but it walks quite fast." 


Rosa looked at Edward's Torchic waddling beside them amusedly.


Although the Torchic is much larger than the average chicken, it looks funnier.


Torchic seemed to understand Rosa's words and replied arrogantly.


"The little guy is smart too. Edward, where are we going now?"


The two put the washed things back into their backpacks and were ready to continue their journey.


"Let's fill some boiled water first and then head to the volcano region."


Edward said, picking up the canteen and filling it with water.


Although the water looks clean, they are still in the wild after all. They still know some survival rules.

What appeared in front of everyone was a bipedal mammalian beast that looked similar to a pangolin. Its brick-patterned yellow hide is dry, tough, blends in with desert sand, and protects its soft white underbelly and muzzle. 


It has blue, almond-shaped eyes, a pointed snout, and triangular ears with white insides. Its tail is thick and conical. 


It has two long claws on each foot and three sharp claws on its forepaws, which are used to dig a hole like what it is currently doing.


"This beast can instantly smash hard rocks and dig them out. It seems that the ability to dig holes is their forte."


"Well, it seems to like burrowing in the ground. Let's just call it Sandshrew."


Edward said, looking at the Pokemon who was playing in the sand.
