Falling In Love With Vampire

"Is there anything you want to buy before we get home, Jade?" Kate asked in the car as they were driving home.

Jade glanced at Zack who was sitting beside Max who was driving. Zack just nodded at her to answer as she wanted.

"Maybe pizza would be more fun," Jade suggested.

Kate looked at Zack. The old man just shrugged his shoulders with a smile. "How about it, Max? Do you agree?" Kate asked him.

"I go with whatever she wants," Max replied with a smile.

"Alright, let's head to the restaurant then, Max," Kate said in the lead.

Max immediately turned toward the pizzeria. The music playing in the car accompanied their journey. Jade was silent the whole way. She was more interested in going home but seeing that they still wanted to be together, she chose to give in.

She exhaled her breath. And in her mind, she kept thinking about Shane. She wanted to get home soon and chose to stay in her room.
