"Are you serious?" asked Jade, still feeling shocked. "I mean, living with me while we have no relationships, and how about your base? Your people?"

A lot of questions she asked even though the part where she said that they had no relationships, hurt him. He kept smiling and hiding it from her.

"They agreed. I told them that you are my mate. They do not all know that you are my mate, so I told them and explained," answered Shane. "And again, I'm okay if we have no relationships. All is good. I don't want you to be alone here too."

Jade still had a trace of shock at the decision that Shane had made. Just the thought of living with her made her so excited.
