Two days had passed and Jade still hadn't shown himself to be the one to wake up. Shane still stayed by his side to make sure that when Jade woke up, he was by his side.
He was almost scared if Jade didn't wake up too. He was afraid that what he did to her would kill him and he would never see her again.
"In an hour he'll be awake," said Terry, his mother.
Shane glanced briefly then he looked back at Jade. He knew his mother had always had fairly accurate eyesight. Many of his visions prove the truth, but when his visions of Jade also begin to appear, Shane remains worried.
"I'm not leaving him," said Shane. "I'll stay here waiting for him to wake up."
Terry touched his son's shoulder. He squeezed it and then rubbed it. "Yeah. You should stay by his side. I'm glad he'll be the strongest hybrid in the nation. You and him will give birth to such a great offspring with great power too."
