Prepared to Save Jeanne

Ardor woke up with a fresh mind and was ready to solve the second issue written on his paper, Saving Jeanne.

"I need money for this, lots of money!" he remembered how Alse needed 2 platinum coins for Isabella's opportunity to be tested by the Lord Mage in the Capital City and his current net worth.

"So, she's sure Jeanne would sell for at least over that as a virgin maid of a noble household. But if the new owner finds out she's not a virgin, god knows what'll happen to her…" Ardor thought with some worry.

Knowing that the Wicked Auction House would not harm a noble's good like Jeanne was enough to comfort Ardor for a while.

But he knew if she was sold to someone else, they'd soon find out about her unvirgin status and, depending on who bought her, there would be severe consequences!

But then Ardor thought of his condition at that time and smiled mockingly. "It wouldn't matter to me by then. My soul would begin burning with whatever this 'Eternal Godly Flame' is. One thing's for sure, it won't feel good."

Since his next actions would need a lot of money, he quickly checked his lust points to see his balance.

He stared at his balance and finally recalled the enormous increase given by Alse.

'Despite hating that woman, I cannot deny how great of a resource she is. Perhaps I should use her until I can find someone that won't give me the urge to murder them,' he thought rationally.

Ardor quickly entered his Custom Creation Room after knowing he was, once again, a rich man. He imagined holding the platinum coin in his possession, and it appeared in his palm. 'This is the time! Let's see if my thoughts can turn into reality.'

He asked with faint anticipation, "How many LPs do I need to create a copy of this coin?" He held it high in his palm.

The same gigantic eye suddenly appeared from nothingness above him, scanned the coin with a blue gaze, and a progress bar appeared. Once it was completely loaded, another blue box popped up with the results.

[1 LP is required to make 1 copy of this item.]

"Yes!!!" Ardor's voice echoed in the empty space. His hands moved, and he clenched his fists and let out the feelings of nervousness inside him. "Even though I knew I'd do anything to get her back, only now do I have the confidence to achieve it!" He smiled.

The faint fear of 'what if' left him as he now thought of utilizing these potential 136 platinum coins to get her back, and this time, she'd be with him permanently! He never wanted to lose his true love ever again!

The reason for his confidence was simple.

'I know for a fact that only Dukes and members of Royal Families use platinum coins regularly. When even someone like Gawyn can only take out 8 of them as a Viscount, others can't possibly have too many of them, can they?'

He thought about another reason. 'And how much will they be willing to pay for an ordinary slave? Who apart from me knows of her talents? Nobody!'

Ardor summoned his system and clicked on Harem which took him to a new page, divided by a vertical line into two. On the left were Temporary Harem members, and the right had Permanent Harem members.

He selected the only image under Permanent Harem and saw Jeanne's Status.

"I know, right!" Ardor nodded in agreement. "She needs to be disciplined." He smiled with love and added, "in my way."

He stared at her talent and sighed. "Even my true love has a higher talent than me. I really need to get that Soul Flower to not remain a trash!"

"When is he coming mum?" Isabella questioned in annoyance.

Hearing the question for the 10th time, Alse gave her the same answer. "He'll be on time, my dear. Don't worry."

"I'm not worrying about him! Why did you even agree to let him come with us? You know how he lusts after me, right?"

"I know, honey. But he promised to never chase you again, and your parents will enforce it. So, don't worry, dear. It'll be fine."

The ladies were sitting in a demon beast driven carriage long past sunset, waiting for Ardor to come. They thought of leaving early, but for some reason, Alse didn't want it any other way after Ardor passed a message to her through her maid that he wanted to come with her.

"Huh, huh, huh…" They heard some huffing and puffing. "Ladies, may I enter?" A deep voice spoke outside the carriage.

Isabella looked at Alse while she nodded back at her. "You may." Isabella replied, still annoyed.

After Ardor sat down, the carriage started its journey, and he calmed down his breath. He looked at the ladies sitting opposite him. Alse was wearing a yellow dress, complementing her blond hair. Her dress stuck to her skin, highlighting her mature figure.

Isabella, on the other hand, chose a fancier costume for this event. Her figure with a short crop top and palazzo pants was one to be admired.

She caught him staring at her, and commented, "I knew I should have gone with my hubby. But he told me I'm just his fiancée right now, not his wife! He's not even coming this time."

'Looks like she doesn't know his current state. If she did, I wonder what expression she'd make,' Ardor thought with a concealed wicked grin.

He immediately remembered the gifts he could give them and offered it to the women. His hand entered his black tuxedo, as he looked like he was picking something, and took out two small perfume bottles. They looked exquisite, like the one he held in his hand this morning.

"For you," he gently smiled and offered it to Alse, which she took. She still remembered how nice it smelled, and even though she wanted to know more about it, she suppressed her desire for some reason.

Isabella stared at her new mother in confusion. If not for the fact that she knew the history between them, she'd have thought they were close relatives. So when Ardor offered the second perfume bottle to her, she simply turned away, not even bothered to talk to him.

Seeing that he didn't take his hand back, she asked with growing irritation, "Are you really an idiot? Why are you chasing me after all I've said? Have you no shame? No pride?"

Ardor was about to reply when Alse admonished her daughter, "Stop saying such mean things, dear. This is his gift of apology to you. Trust me, it's fantastic."

Isabella felt awkward at the moment. She still had to maintain her image of a 'sweet noble lady' and a 'virtuous daughter' until she reached her goals, so she quietly took the perfume.

Ardor smiled after seeing this. While the women were caught off guard by his bewitching smile, he asked them, "Try it, ladies. It's freshly procured and will get spoiled soon."

The ladies looked closely at the small perfume bottle in their hands. It was only enough for a spray or two. "But why is there so little inside?" Alse asked. She wanted to experience that heavenly, sublime pleasuring experience for more time after returning from the auction.

Ardor put on a helpless look. "It's something I recently found. Even I had to struggle to get it. That caused me to delay coming here."

They remembered how he looked rather tired after running to the entrance of the Flame estate where the carriage was waiting. Somewhat touched, they pointed the perfume towards themselves, and sprayed it.

Ardor smiled devilishly. He no longer had that gentlemanly facade he had earlier put on.

Truth be told, he found it very difficult to behave well with one woman who had made his childhood hell, and while he took some revenge, it wasn't nearly enough and those terrible memories simply wouldn't fade away.

The other person was the one who personally almost killed him, so he felt relieved once they sprayed themselves.

The perfume fluid once again turned into tiny droplets and floated towards the targets he had set. Both perfumes were the Beginner versions as he didn't want obedience from this, he mainly wanted no obstruction.

Both ladies relaxedly exhaled. Their eyes turned dreamy as bliss arose from their souls. Their very existence felt like it was in heaven; away from mortal worries.

Ardor looked at the timers counting down in the top right corner of his vision. His eyes constricted.
