"Sky! Hurry up!" Noah said; we're now in a restaurant; I'm not even sure how we got here because I haven't been on my own thought.
"Yo! Good thing arrived early."
Lau and Noah first met, they exchanged handshakes; he is one of our previous classmates and was Noah's bestfriend before we became friends. "You're with Sky, you didn't even say hello Sky!" He and I both waved.
He drew us to an empty seat, and Athena and Barbara arrived just in time, so here's a brutal hug from Athena. "He's coming, don't worry Sky, we'll take care of you," George said. I'm next to him now, just out of breath, I'm not too worried if we meet today, I've been able to move away from him for a long time.
He arrived a few minutes later, and everyone was waiting for him; nothing had changed in him except for his hairstyle, which made him look Korean.
"Michael, my man!!!" Lau appears to be a social butterfly in the making, as he was the first to approach Michael and then draw him to our table. We exchanged glances; he was astonished to see me at a welcoming celebration for him.
"Hey! Good to see you! How are you?" He grinned, then hugged my mates one by one while he simply shook hands with me, he just smiled at me, then he quickly left to welcome others.
"Sky, sitting down, he's already gone."
I snapped back to reality when George drew me to a seat; I'm not sure why I was stunned. "I thought you'd moved on?" he asked. "I'm already!" I said, but he simply disregarded me. Everyone knows what happened to Michael and me; in fact, when I was in high school, I almost cursed him to death because of what he did to me.
"You've changed a lot," he grumbled, and I turned to face him. I'm sitting on the restaurant's balcony, trying to relax because I feel like my every move is being scrutinized by my former classmates. "You too, it looks like something has changed in you," he smiled.
"I'm still the same naughty Michael you know, you've changed a lot between the two of us," he said as he approached me. I took a step back so he could lean on the railings. "You don't have that nerdy look anymore; you're wearing contact lenses now, and I noticed you weren't smiling earlier; I kinda miss your smiles," he remarked.
"People change, Michael, especially if they've been through a lot," I observed as he came to a halt at what I said. "Sky, I'm truly sorry for what I've done in the past; perhaps I'm just too infatuated with you, and that's why I did those things to you," he said as he was about to touch me but i avoided him. "Let's forget about the past and start a new one," he said, and I just stared at him. I've moved on, but there's still a part of me that can't forgive Michael. I was imprisoned in my room for months before deciding to make a change. "Did you know I almost killed myself before?" I questioned, "but I don't think I have to do that because the funeral expenses are so expensive, and here I am now, but I can't forgive you, at least it doesn't seem like the weight I feel when I hear I'm sorry has been reduced, not at all. we can't go back in time, but at least we tried." he smiled once more.
"Thank you, Sky; I'll do whatever to rekindle our friendship," he would have hugged me if Noah hadn't appeared like from a marathon champion. "Trigo was admitted to the hospital."
I'm not sure how we arrived to the hospital after I reprimanded Noah for being slow to drive and we practically flew there. "Calm down, Sky," he whispered, massaging my shoulder to help me relax.
"Miss, what room is Trigo Sandoval in?" I inquired calmly of the nurse; she promptly informed me of the room, and I dashed ahead of Noah. "Sky!" he exclaimed, "Wait a minute, you might be the one who ends up in the hospital for what you're doing."Calm down okay, breath in breath out," I said, inhaling deeply before exhaling smoothly because my heart was racing.
"Come on, Edward said Trigo's parents are here," we remarked as we entered room 052, where Trigo, Edward, and Jacob were all waiting outside. "What brings you here?" I inquired.
"Since his parents are inside," Edward said, adding that they are terrified of Trigo's parents because they would witness their antics. "Let's go in as long as you don't make any noise," Aunt Josephine said as soon as the door opened.
"Oh you're here." Smiling, she approached me and hugged me, not looking at those with me. "We came here as soon as I found out, what happened?" His father sighed, and I just noticed. "Your friend is always causing headaches, that's why he got into trouble." I looked at Trigo, who was now laying in the hospital bed and still unconscious; at the very least, I was furious, but what could I do?
Trigo's parents also waited for a few hours before leaving because they still had a job; Edward went home first, leaving me to care for him. "You really used your mass communication student talent," I exclaimed as I kicked his weak leg, causing him to wince in pain. "You're really brutal Sky, you don't truly love me?" I shook my head. "You know there are so many of them, so why did you get in trouble? Luckily, you only got bruises."
As he stretches, he adds, "Wait, how did you notice I was awake earlier?" "You opened your eyes earlier, it's a good thing they didn't notice Aunty," I said as I brought him a glass of water, which he promptly drank. "How did you come here?" I said as I sat in a chair beside the hospital bed, and he instantly calmed down and began to play with his fingers.
"Because of Trixie's ex..."
"..... I heard him saying horrible things about her, so I couldn't stop myself from punching that moron," he explained, lowering his hand as if his opponent was in front of him. Trixie's luck is that Trigo genuinely loves her, so when will he appreciate me?
I used to wish I was Trixie so I could experience that type of love, but what can I do? Hopefully, there will be format possibilities in real life, and I will be able to format how I feel about him.
