Life changing Incident

After slaughtering his 70th slime he got another notification saying he leveled up. Also the title he recived had their buffs. Just like now when he has the title of 'slime slaughterer' he got extra speed, vitality and resistance. He had been in that jungle for almost 3 days and this was his 3rd day of just wondering around the forest. When he was looking around he suddenly heard.

"HELP!!!!!!"

As soon as he heard it he quickly ran towards the sound and to his surprise he saw two boys of his age probably one year older on ground knocked out and a girl screaming for help and a boy of about 13-14 years old weakly standing up and pointing his sword at the wolf with scared expression in his face and trembling hands. Amori seeing this he used his skill to scan the beast.

As Amori saw the Wolf's stats he was a little hesitant but decided to move. As he took out his small sword he mumbled.

As he poured some mana in the sword a good looking armour of steel with gold alloy in it's surface with a little bit of torn red cape in it's back. He looked at wolf with fury as the wolf used it's strength reinforcement and speed reinforcement skills to strengthen it's body and started to charge it's dark slash skill to use against Amori.

As in the front line Amori and wolf were about lock in battle , in the back ground the boy fell and saw a pretty tall boy with black dress, with jet black hair, peircing violet coloured eyes and very well built body and chiseled face. He saw that boy hold a sowed and mumble something and summon a armour. As for the girl she was relieved by seeing someone come for help.

In the battlefield the wolf was one to charge first, as it was swinging it's sharp claws claws here and there. But due to Amori's little bit high vitality and his skill he was able to doge the Wolf's most attack but still sustained some small cuts and injuries. Amori then in his turn used his skill 'slash' and 'thrust' repeatedly, he also some time used his skill wind slash here and there. As this battle took on for almost 5 minutes there was no progress made on both sides. The wolf then started to use it's skill 'pleague fang' little by little. Amori after this battle under stood that the long range was it's weakness. So he started to attack the wolf with barrage of his wind slashes and heat slashes while trying to keep distance. After continuous attack of 1 hr and 30 minutes he was starting to show some progress as the wolf was in it's 1/10th of the health. Amori then ran towards the wolf and gave a wolf thrust right in it's heart and he got a notification.

after giving a sigh of relif he moved his head twards the people. He saw two greatly injured people and other two knocked out people, he then took out the instant health and regeneration potions. As he went forward trying to give them the injured boy takes out a dagger apoints it towards Amori and says " who are you??, what are your intentions?, show your true self!!!!! and don't you dare come towards our young mam."

As soon as he heard that he got his temper cracked and was about to say 'listen here you ungrateful bastard, first of all I saved you and second of all what do you think you are threatening me "

But he paused when he got the notification from system.

'you son of a gon' Amori thought as he saw the notification, he then face palmed himself and said "listen here you ungrateful one, first of all I don't need to do some cheap trick against you to kill you I am just trying to help you"

hearing that the boy clenched his sword even harder but shortly after he fainted. And Amori then used his position to heal all of them and sat down with a sigh while using mana regeneration potion on himself.he then checked his stats.

After seeing significant amount of progress he closed the tab and looked at the now conscious people.

"thank you for your help with out your help we would have died so we are very much grateful to you so please accept something from our side" said the girl who was the one to call him.

"Wait!! have you been or currently studying in the capital academy?"

"I have not even been to the capital let alone be academy"

"then how are you powerful"

"ummm, training?"

"you are a very good warrior with high potential" the said while taking out a paper with some kind of golden crest on it and again said "so I would like you to join the academy when you are able to, the next entrance exam will be in next two years in the capital"

Hearing this he took the paper and said "Thankyou for your kindness, I will think about it"

After that conversation they both departed their own ways and Amori took the wolf since he killed it.

Who knew that this incident will lead to the birth of 'mortal one above all'.
