A heartfelt moment

Mallory knew she could never win against Valerie let alone with Stella's help. With a sigh Mallory just nodded along which allowed her an escape for teasing just long enough to scamper back to her lair.

With a flop Mallory found herself sandwiched between the warm comforts of her new sheets. With a small grin Mallory just curled up around her pillow allowing herself to revel in the peace of her safe place as her mind slowly ran through the day's events again.

The pain in Mallory's heart from seeing that completely pain-stricken form of Stella was slowly fading hearing the giggles coming from the next room but it was definitely an issue that should be raised sooner rather than later for Mallory's expectations were only growing wilder with each new tidbit of information.

Mallory was so lost in her own thoughts and the comforts of her bed that it wasn't until the motion of the mattress as Stella sat at its edge did Mallory notice her presence. With a smile Stella found herself nice and comfy without a second thought as she nuzzled her cheek against the petrified Mallory's shoulder.

"So my sweet Mallory what's on your mind?"

"How are you not at all embarrassed by this situation?"

"Well I am very self confident which is plain to see and I trust you Mallory."

"What does trust have to do with sleeping next to me?"

"Simply put I trust you not to hurt me Mallory for you have never hurt me before and after your words tonight coupled with your actions how could I not trust you Mallory?"

"You trust way too easily Stella."

"Or maybe I am just a really good judge of character?"

"You are infuriating!"

"I know all too well Mallory but yet still hear you are sharing a bed with me."

"Why must you be so scandalous?'

"Whatever do you mean?"

"Oh you know exactly what I mean but I know how this argument goes and you will have the last word won't you?"

"Exactly."

With a sigh Mallory nuzzled her cheek against Stella's forehead with a smile.

"Are you feeling at least somewhat better at the bare minimum?"

Stella sank a bit more into the embrace as to shift her eyes away from the curious gaze of Mallory to hide the welling tears.

"Mallory I much appreciated everything you have done today and the warmth of you and your sister is much appreciated."

"Well I am happy to offer you this moment of comfort for as long as I can."

"Thank you." mumbled Stella into Mallory's chest.

Mallory slender fingers gently pat through Stella's chestnut hair as she stared up at the ceiling. It was clear to Mallory that Stella was tearing up from the feeling of wetness on her chest but she could not muster a way to offer up the swirling emotions of concern that filled her.

Stella however found the silence and gentle comforts of Mallory enough to calm her aching heart. With each pat Stella took a deep breath as she softly calmed herself to the point she drifted off into the lullabies of the dream.

Mallory on the other hand was stuck in awkward petrification all night in hopes of not waking the sleeping Stella who had found herself nuzzled directly into her boobs. With each sleepy pur that escaped Stella's lips send bone chilling shudders down Mallory smile.

After tonight the red of Mallory's blushing cheeks might be a permanent addition for it didn't leave until the dawn of the early morning lights. Even as her alarm went off the now stiff and pained Mallory still didn't move a single inch.

"Hmmm~ What's that?"

"Oh sorry, just my alarm."

"Oh morning already?'

"Yeppers, so we should get ready for our classes."

"But I much rather stay here with you~"

"If that is what you want you want Stella but you know you can't hide from your problems right?"

"I know but I like to listen to your heartbeat it is so calming as it races forward~"

"Stella, we are gonna have to deal with it at some point and talk about what happened yesterday."

"I promise we will after I have a yummy nom!'

"Alright I'll get you some breakfast then." said Mallory with a soft sigh.

"But I have a yummy snack right here!" said Stella as she gently nibbled Mallory's shoulder.

Mallory couldn't help but let out a small squeak before covering her lips in embarrassment as Stella continued with her devious antics. However Mallory's scream caught Valerie's attention for mere moments after the incident a knock was heard at Mallory's door.

"Is everything alright in there?"

Stella's devious rubies just looked on at Mallory's sapphires as she nudged her head towards the door as she stopped her antics for a mere moment but Mallory couldn't help but feel as though this was a trap for it was very much something Stella would do and the look currently portrayed by those rubies only agreed with Mallory's assumptions.

"You should answer your sister Mallory." whispered Stella as her fingers gently caressed Mallory's side.
