About The Dress

What started out as a peaceful morning with a potentially productive day became an unwanted reunion with the ladies of Kantor's high society.

Though Lady Green had been hospitable and friendly to Rose, Rose was not exactly looking forward to spending time with her. Let alone spending time with the infamous Vanessa Harlow. The three sat in the parlour for about half an hour drinking tea, Rose all but forced herself to have as she had just finished breakfast.

After a long while of exchanging pleasantries and useless talk, Lady Green said, "Rosette dear, I must apologise for before."

She fluttered her eyelashes looking downward in dismay and Rose realised that she was talking about the accident with her dress. Blushing to her ears, she waved her hands, "It is not something you should apologise for, Lady Green."

"Oh, but it happened at my home! I feel somewhat guilty…" she carried on.
