Chapter FOURTEEN

I woke up on my bed, a bit confused on how I got there.

The last thing I remember was coming back from school and dropping my backpack on the bed.

I groaned out loud as my eyes adjusted to the lights in the room, my aunt stood still at the far side of my bed watching me with a somber expression on her face. I froze in anticipation wondering what happened to me.

I wondered why that was, that was until the memories of why I was unconscious hit me with full force, and it was so surreal.

I backed up on the bed suddenly scared of her, what was she?

She seemed to sense that I remember because she attempted to come closer

“S…stop please, don’t hurt me” I let out a whimper.

She stopped short with a heartbroken look on her face, she seemed sad and it made me feel bad for a second, I didn’t mean to make her sad but I was terrified at what I saw. It was the most bizarre thing I have ever seen in all seventeen years of my life.
