"My quirk is called Hardening; it allows me to harden any part of my body." Kirishima announced with a grin. Moving his sleeve, Kirishima activated his quirk. His arm suddenly became jagged like a rock. "Can you cover your whole body? Or can you do multiple parts at the same time?" Asked Momo. Kirishima's eyes widened; he was surprised since he never thought of something like that. From his widened eyes Momo already knew the answer. "So, you haven't thought of it, I assume."
Kirishima only scratched the back of his head embarrassed. "Question: How much damage can you sustain while hardening before your quirk deactivates?" Aki questioned Kirishima. "I don't know…" Kirishima replied not knowing how to answer the simple question. He never tried to test out how much he could endure. He never got into fights that made him use his quirk to the extreme. And Aki had already figured out the answer before she even asked it since she had seen some of the anime. She only knew what happened until season 3 and some parts of 4 from spoilers. Anything after that is a complete mystery.
She knew some of the major villains such as All for One, Shigaraki, Toga, Dabi and Kurogiri and a tiny bit about overhaul but she doesn't know where most of these people are. The only one she knows where All for One is since she remembered his Ki signature. Although it has fallen to near death when she first met him, he has stabilized. She also knows about Eri and that she has been abused and experimented on by overhaul which makes Aki's sole reason to kill him. The only problem is that she doesn't know where he is. If she did, then she would have already gotten Eri. And the only clue she has to Overhaul is the Yakuza group; he is a part of the Shie Hassaikai Yakuza group.
She has also gotten bits and pieces of what he looks like such as he's a fairly tall male with short brown hair and he wears a plague doctor's mask. But that description can go to hundreds of people minus the mask. His quirk is also a complete mystery to Aki as well. But this didn't make her fear him, no it makes it more exciting since anything could happen.
Thinking about Slaughtering Overhaul, Aki's pink aura was starting to show faintly, and a sadistic grin was beginning to form on her face. But the pressure released made everyone freeze in place. Waking up from her thoughts Aki removed her sadistic grin with a kind smile. "S-s-sorry I-I-I didn't know ma'am!" Kirishima hurriedly said, scared from the pressure Aki released. He thought it was because he didn't answer the question correctly. "Oh, sorry it wasn't because of you, I was thinking of something else. Someone who needs to… get a beat down." Aki apologized to Kirishima and the others.
They could only pray for that person who got onto Aki's bad side. Giving her victim a silent prayer, they continued to talk.
…
"Hachoo… Am I getting sick." A man with short brown hair said. Taking off his mask he wiped his nose. Looking in the direction of a little girl with white hair, he picked up some medical instruments. "Now then Eri-chan. Where were we?" With a mad glint in his eyes, he approached the little girl named Eri who was shaking in fear.
…
After asking Kirishima questions they moved on to the next person which was Momo. "My quirk is Creation, it allows me to create any inanimate object, but I need to know the atomic configuration to make the object or material." Momo explained. Everyone widened their eyes except Aki since she already knew this and also could do the exact same with both her materialization magic and if she combined her matter manipulation with her periodic element control.
"So, what's the downside? Such a powerful quirk must have a great downside. Right?" Aki already knew the weakness of Momo's quirk and that was… "Hah, yes it does have a great down downside and that is the amount of time I need to create the object and the amount of lipids I use." Momo answered Aki's question, seeming a bit dejected.
"That's so cool! Why do you look so dejected? What's a lipid?" Mina exclaimed but her knowledge lacked severely when it came to anything with a complicated word.
"Lipids are a compound of organic fatty acids. Since Momo's quirk consumes fat, she can't gain muscle mass which limits her physical strength. Making it harder for her in close combat. So, if her opponent has a greater strength than her, she will lose almost all the time if she doesn't have a good weapon or a good counter. She would also have to eat more than a normal person." Aki explained to Mina in simple terms so she could understand more efficiently. Mina then did an O shaped face understanding why Momo got dejected when she announced her weakness.
Momo looked at Aki a bit surprised since not many people would actually understand her situation. Momo's opinion of Aki slightly improved. Almost everyone was finished explaining their quirks; all they had left was Asui, Jiro and Toru.
"I'll go, ribbit." Asui said, raising her hand. "My quirk is Frog. It's a mutant type quirk, it gives me the abilities of a frog such as a long tongue, a greater leap and wall crawling. I can also swim really fast." Asui explained her quirk. Everyone started to give her a round of applause and made her happy. "If I remember correctly, aren't frogs cold blooded? Does that mean you hibernate in the cold?" Surprisingly it wasn't Momo or Aki asking the question, it was Jiro.
Hearing the question asked by Jiro, Asui nodded her head. "Yes, you're correct. I don't like the cold. Ribbit." "Tsu-chan, can you produce poison?" Aki asked Asui, who made everyone go wide-eyed from the sudden and terrifying question. "No, I can't. Why? Ribbit." Questioned Asui.
"Just wonder. I remember reading an article a while ago saying that some frogs carry a poison they use to hunt. So, I was curious if you could do it too. Who knows maybe you can do it if you train a bit more?" Aki said, justifying her sudden question. "I'll keep that in mind. Ribbit."
Finishing up Asui's explanation on her quirk, they moved on to Jiro. "My quirk is called Earphone Jack; I can stick them into walls and then hear the vibrations of the surroundings. I can also use my heartbeat to create a vibration as an attack." Her explanation was short and simple but covered everything about her quirk. "That's so cool!" Mina once again announced.
If Izuku was here, he would be asking hundreds of questions for each and every quirk he hears. Even if Aki and Izuku share this type of interest and both document them, Aki is more controlled than Izuku and wont mumble every time something interests her when people are around. She can do that in her personal dimension/laboratory.
Everyone asked Jiro questions which made her slightly embarrassed. So cute, Aki thought, looking at the embarrassed Jiro. Finally, the last one to present themselves, the Invisible Girl Hagakure Toru.
"My quirk is invisibility. It makes me invisible." Toru said shyly. Her confidence was lowered being around the people with awesome and amazing quirks. She was feeling like she was under their shadows. "That's a good quirk." Jiro announced. "Hey Toru-chan you shouldn't be down casted, since you are super unique." Mina said, trying to cheer up Toru.
"Indeed, it is a very unique quirk. Maybe it's so unique that even you don't know it's full capabilities. Maybe it has another application, like how I can teleport. Maybe you can reflect or refract light. Although this is a theory it is technically still possible. Plus, you would be a great stealth hero." Aki said in a cheerful tone which brought Toru up from her down casted state.
"You're right! I'm still inexperienced so I still have room to grow! That's why I came to U.A.!" Toru exclaimed excitedly, getting pumped from the possibility of her quirk becoming something new. This excitement transferred to the others as well. They were getting pumped-up for the future. Aki just gave them a smile, enjoying her time with these children, no with her new friends and classmates.
Aki and her new friends continued to talk about their interests and why they wanted to become heroes. But when they found out Aki's reason they were dumbfounded. But at the same time not. Her reason was, "Why not. I mean I like to fight so why not become a hero instead of a villain." Although not the whole truth it isn't false one bit. She could have also said that her mother was a hero and she admired her but another reason would have been so she could keep an eye on the canon story of My Hero Academia.
