Arriving first at Ground Beta, Aki stood next to All Might. "Hello, young Gero. How have you been? Is your mother doing well?" All Might said starting a conversation. He probably figured that he would be waiting for a couple of minutes before the class arrived.
"I've been good. Mother is doing good as well. You?" Aki responded effortlessly. "That's good. That's good. Your hero costumes? If I may ask, isn't that just your casual outfit you always wear? But the lab coat is new." He questioned.
"Yeah, it is. I thought it would be good to wear something that I'm used to. I also look amazing. As for the lab coat. It's a hobby of mine." Aki said to All Might, but she also thought of something else. It's also a tribute to the original who looks badass. "Haha! That is indeed true. That's a good way to express yourself." All Might said as he slapped Aki's back. "Haha…" Aki gave a dry laugh as he slapped Aki's back. If it wasn't her and someone else, they would most likely have been thrown across the room or fallen to the ground.
As they talked, they heard echoing through the dark hallway that made their entrance look cool. "They say the clothes make the man, young men and ladies. Be fully aware… From now on… You are heroes!" All Might said looking at the future heroes of class 1-A with his ever present smile.
Aki looked deeper into the hallway as she heard someone running towards them. As soon as the person came out into the light, she couldn't help but giggle as soon as she saw Midoriya's hero costume. She was quite literally shaking from holding in her laughter. All Might had a look of bewilderment, shock and was going to laugh out loud just like Aki but he held it in. But that didn't mean his body didn't shake. I won't bother explaining it as it would make me lose my precious brain cells. But one thing for sure is that he looked absolutely stupid. But I have to give his mom some props. She did a good job.
Walking towards the class they all lined up as their teacher, All Might was going to explain what was going on. "We're going to do Combat training today!" All Might announced to everyone. Aki then sported a grin which she quickly hid with her hand.
Soon Iida raised his hand and asked a question. He asked if we were going to conduct urban battles again. With him wearing a suit of armor it was hard to see his expressions.
All Might swiftly answered his question and responded. "No, we're going to move two steps ahead! Most of the time, fighting villains take place outside, but if you look at the total numbers, of atrocious villains appear indoors at a higher rate. Imprisonment house arrest backroom deals. In this society filled with heroes, truly intelligent villains hide in the shadows. In this class, you'll be split into villains and heroes and fight 2-on-2 indoor battles!" All Might explained with no details. But this is where everyone asked questions about the training. They asked about how they will fight, how to determine who wins and who loses, how they capture or if they should just beat the other team up. Feeling overwhelmed from everyone's questions he pulled out a tiny booklet which has the instructions of the training simulation. He then began to explain
The situation is that the villains have hidden a nuclear weapon somewhere in their hideout. The heroes are trying to dispose of that. The heroes need to catch the villains or get the nuclear weapon back in the allotted time. The Villains need to protect the nuclear weapon for the whole time or catch the heroes.
"The teams will be determined by drawing lots." All might said as he pulled out a yellow box with the word Lots on it. Where did he pull that out? Iida lashed out but Midoriya rebounded by saying heroes always create makeshift teams from other agencies. With a fist bump to the air All Might started the training. Giving each person their letter, soon everyone was in a team of two beside Aki who still hadn't drawn her piece of paper. Instead she asked All Might, her Hero Instructor, a serious request.
"Sensei. I have a request. Can I do a 3 versus 1?" Asking her question to her sensei in front of the drawing box everyone was shocked. Including All Might, who wanted to do a team battle exercise to see how well everyone could do with a teammate.
"What do you mean young Gero? Why would you ask something like this?" All Might replied to Aki who was nonchalant. "Why not. Isn't it normal for the heroes to outnumber the villains in some cases? Especially when their opponent is strong. Wouldn't this be a great opportunity on how well a team of three goes against one villain." Aki said, trying to convince All Might to allow her to do a 3 v 1.
"While your argument is sound and it does happen a lot I have to- No, we can do it." All Might said, giving his answer. He remembered when he was talking to Nezu about Aki at the time of the entrance exam. He called her a monster with immense power. This would be a great opportunity to see where she stands with her classmates. All Might thought as he nodded his head. "Very well, the partner you would have had, and another team will be your enemies. You, young Gero, will be the sole villain while your classmates will be the heroes."
Aki gave a smile as she wants to beat the absolute shit out of her classmates. Now she's wondering who it will be. Not needing to really draw the last piece of paper as she is the only one who didn't draw one yet, Toru who was going to be her teammate was now going to be a team of three. She couldn't help but be worried. She didn't know if Aki would be alright fighting three of her classmates. But the confident expression on her face helped relieve some of her concern and made her want to win to see that confident smile disappear off of her face.
Everyone had similar thoughts except a few being Izuku, Iida and Uraraka. Todoroki and Bakugou were hoping they would be in the 3 vs 1 against Aki as they saw her as the biggest threat. They also didn't like how she was so arrogant. They couldn't help but think of wiping that arrogant grin off of her face.
