The Hunter's Game

I was walking down the street, coming home from school. The next thing I know, I am being suspended in space. Why? Only because I was randomly chosen by a cosmic entity to participate in a battle royale on Earth against beings from other universes while trying to keep my relationships with the people I know the same and not getting them killed. Simple stuff.
