A secret meeting is currently occurring inside the Komore Teahouse. Four handsome males are sitting, inches apart from one another. Naturally, I am included. I won't be able to narrate the ongoing scenes after all if I'm not.
"I have gathered you all here simply for one reason. ...That is, to tell you my next action for the future of Inazuma!" I announced mightily, blinding them with my charisma.
"Then, is it fine for me to be here?" Thoma asked with a wry smile while scratching his cheeks.
"Yes, since the problem that occured is also related to you, like the others." I answered vaguely with my usual smile.
"A problem you say, your majesty?" Ayato narrowed his eyes and donned a serious expression.
"You heard it right! A problem that can be fixed by the three of you!" I shouted, there should be no problem with that since I chanted a noise canceller earlier.
"Can we get this over with?" The last person said. Dainsleif looked like he's done with his life and my bullshit. Its kinda my fault since I dragged him here when he's injured, but whatever. I'll do him a favor just this once.
"The entirely of Inazuma sees me now as a womanizer!!!" I slammed the table with a bit of force, and a loud sound reverberates around us. The Kamisato partners started laughing while Dainsleif just facepalms, though I could see a slight smirk in his expression.
"How dare they! It's not my fault that I'm surrounded by beauties! And I also have male companions too, right guys?!" I stared at them one by one, but all of them ignored me while still laughing.
"And womanizer? Really? Since when? How did they even come up with that conclusion? I swear if that cheeky fairy has something to do with this, I will prepare my kitchen for her!" I continued my rant, which ended with a mention of a flying devil.
"Since when? Always have been. You're just more aware of it now, specifically after your resurrection." Dainsleif mockingly said with no remorse. The other two were more focused on the resurrection part, but I was able to signal them to keep the questions later.
"I don't think there's any problem with it, your majesty. This way you won't be running out possible heirs to succeed you." Ayato stated, but I don't like how he put it in an ominous way.
"I even helped spread the rumors!" Thoma added with a thumbs up. Traitor! I then responded with a thumbs down.
"How could you Thoma?! I thought we were friends... And you Ayato, don't make it sound like I'm dying soon! As punishment, you are to call me Lu from now on." I berated the Kamisato duo, before leaning on my chair with a heavy sigh.
"The rumors aside, I'd like to get your permission to reveal our friendship. That should albeit slightly, fix the ongoing problem. What do you think, Ayato, Thoma and Dain?" I emphasized on the last word as I finished my request.
"I'm fine with it Lu." Ayato said. My man.
"I don't mind either." Thoma agreed as well, one more left to go!
"..... Can you make sure that the abyss order wouldn't know about it? Inazuma might be your domain, but the things like this travels fast. It might arrive on other nations in due time." He questioned, explaining the delay in his decision.
"I can, until Inazuma is opened once again to the world. But even then, the Abyss Order wouldn't be able to do much at that time." I gave him the assurance he needed.
"Understood. I'll agree but don't call me Dain..." We just started and you're already exhausted!
"Sure! Dain!" I replied in a weird cheerful voice. He only groaned in annoyance in response.
"A pleasure to meet you, Sir ... Dain." Ayato tried to keep it, but it was futile!
"Nice to meet you Dain! Pfft-" The three of us started laughing, as Dain gets more done of us, with each mention of his nickname.
"Haaaahhh. That's refreshing... Now then, let's get into our official business." After having a lively chat, I demanded full seriousness on the next topic.
"First things first, How's the order I personally gave to the Yashiro Commission?" I questioned, to the Kamisato Duo.
"Everything is going well, your majesty. It should be done without a hitch. Me and my sister are focusing our on doing it, even if she's angry with such a request." I wonder why she's angry... I will tell no one, but anyone has the right to speculate.
"Great! Amazing work as always!"
"I am honored by your praise, your majesty." The two bowed in response. Umu! It's good to have loyal and capable subordinates.
"Now then..., for the more important one. I'll be cashing out that favor I got, I hope you don't mind Dain?" I was able to guarantee the success of my plan after seeing him close the rift.
"Sure... Tell me about it." He's still feeling annoyed by the nickname. Well, he'll get used to it sooner or later.
"I have a experiment to conduct with a high possibility of opening a rift that leads to the abyss. I need your help on closing it with your newfound ability." I can close it myself, but I need to focus on my part in it. This will mitigate the remaining risk.
"That's a heavy one, especially with what happened in Khaenri'ah... but sure I'll trust you this time." He agreed with a bit of reluctance.
"Don't act like you never trusted me before, little Dain~. A little tease is never bad.
"Shut up Old man!" The other two only laughed, after seeing our interaction.
"That's right! I don't know what you did to make sure Ayaka doesn't come here, but Good Job!" I gave a thumbs up to the two of them.
"It's fine, It wasn't that hard in the first place." Thoma nodded in agreement with Ayato. Doubt. My eyes can see the aftermath of a battle in your bodies, a brawl in this case. The princess sure is fierce.
I exhaled in satisfaction. With this, every preparation is finished. I can finally steal- summon a friend of mine. I hope Void-neesan doesn't get mad.
Since Chiyo retired as the chief of the onis, I need someone who can be a replacement and lead them. I have the perfect candidate in mind. I do hope she remembers our interactions.
Nevertheless, it'd be a waste to not use the fate system. I doubt I can get away with it twice though...
