Chapter 22 - Reincarnation

Five Years had passed since I was locked in here. My PL had already reached a middle GoD PL. I kept meditating most of the time while thinking about how to escape from this prison.

" Kiryu, come out! " Soon, a light shone and a massive dragon took form.

" Kiryu's here my lord. What your wish this time, Oh my mighty Creator" Kiryu said.

" Can you reincarnate any being from another Dimension? If you can, I want you to reincarnate them and let them grow into strong beings by letting them have 3 wishes each but every time they make a wish, influence their mind into power-hungry people." I said as Kiryu thought hard.

" Hmm... I'll try" Kiryu's eyes shone and his whole body flashes in a blinding light.

My Almighty Creator is requesting something hard for me but I can't disappoint him or it would ruin his mood.

'What's that blinding light? Suspicious...' I thought when I looked at the blinding light that seems to form into a tunnel. I flew towards the light, upon arriving. I was greeted by my species, Dragons. Flying freely and a Man who has devil horns and angel wings. Also, he radiates some type of aura that calms my mind and lets my whole being treat him as my Father or Creator.

" You must be Kiryu? The Wishing Dragon, Akuma created. I am GodVil, the God who reincarnated your Creator. He seems to be requesting something hard for you to achieve at your current state but don't worry as I shall grant you an ability that can let you reincarnate being from other Multiverses." GodVil said as he waved his hands. My whole body shine as if I am the sun itself, I feel the ability that he gave me and all my Wishing abilities seem to be enhanced.

" Why? How are you? Why are you helping my Creator? Don't get me wrong but aren't the Higher beings supposed not to interfere with the lower beings as it would destroy the balance of the whole Multiverse?" I asked him, still feeling the mysterious power enhancing in me. Making me bigger and stronger than ever.

" Because I am God and I can do anything. Also... Forget it. I will tell Akuma when the time comes. By the way, don't tell your Creator about this" GodVil said with a cheeky smile.

I nodded as he waved his hand. I was transported back to the place where my Creator was confined. I saw him looking at me with a curious gaze.

" Your request of reincarnating beings from another dimension... I can do it, my Lord." I said as my Creator smiled.

" Really? That's wonderful! Then, I want you to reincarnate 5 people of the Earth from the original Universe I lived in. Reincarnate them to this Universe and let them choose what type of race they wanted to be, for free" Akuma said, excitement filled in his face.

' Heh. With this, Chaos shall be brought upon this DBV( Dragon Ball Verse). With the influence of becoming a power-hungry bastard plays a major role. I can absorb stronger beings while staying in here and letting them grow. Of course, I can wish for something if I wanted to but as an individual. There's a limitation to what I can think of even with the Intellectual Beings I absorb. Since I can just borrow those people... Wait, I should tell Kiryu about what type of person he will reincarnate.'

" Kiryu, I want you to reincarnate a specific type of people and that would be a person who is knowledgeable enough about superpowers, animes, mangas, and novels. This type of person will know what they will wish for and with this, they can grow stronger at a faster rate while I stay here for many years to come." Akuma said.

" Your wish is fulfilled, Is there anything more to add?" Kiryu asked while five unconscious souls floated at his back, waiting for his creator add something.

" Hmm... Make a place that's mysterious and ethereal Place for the people we will reincarnate and a human projection that will possess an aura of a mighty God who can do anything. This should make it more exciting for them and let them think that they are the chosen ones" Akuma said, laughing while thinking of those people's faces of despair when they know that they will just die and make themselves stronger.

Soon, A palace that contains a mysterious and ethereal feeling to it and a being seating on a throne. Looking at the lining five souls floating towards the being.

* First Soul's Pov*

'Uhh! where am I? My name is... Torra? Now I remember, I was supposed to finish reading the Superpower wiki when something hit my head. It seems to be a hammer as it hurt so much but that is only my assumption. Now, what is this place? It is quite a big, mysterious and has this feeling that a being who is powerful is residing in this pla...' Torra thought but was interrupted when a majestic voice resounded in his ears, calling him. making him look towards the Being who's seating on the throne.

" Torra, A human from Earth. Has a decent job, is finishing high school, has no family, is an orphan, and has no girlfriend. A good guy who helped numerous people and has an obsession with superpowers. Died by a hammered nail. You will be reincarnated at the DBV and you have three wishes and a race of your choice to pick. Hurry up and don't waste my time as I have a busy schedule today" That being said while my whole body seems to be shouting in excitement when I heard that I reincarnated at the DBV and also has three wishes with a race to my choices to pick.

" Yes! I want to have Absolute Potential, Absolute Regeneration, and a Limitless Lifespan. I want to be reincarnated as a human because I want to save humanity shortly when the Saiyan arrive." I said while the being nodded and waved his hand. A vortex appeared at my foot, making me fall.

*Second Soul Pov*

" Then, with a wave of his hand, I was transported, falling unconscious in the process.

Then the third soul regains its consciousness and the same procedure is repeated. He wishes for Instant Regeneration, Intuitive Aptitude, and Reactive Adaption and he wants to become a Human. For the Fourth Soul, he wishes for Evolution, Infinite Resourcefulness, and Pathmaker. He wants to become a Frost Demon and then, the final Soul. He wishes for Luck Absorption, Limitless Stamina, and Ability mastery. He wants to become a mix, a Frost demon and Saiyan to be exact, and how they do it. Let Destiny decide.

With this, the reincarnated people were finally deployed and Akuma was grinning, ear to ear. Looking at the souls flying in a different direction. He looked at Kiryu and wish for the locations of the five that will record every day.

( Guys, I have bad news for you and good news? for me. I am ending this soon until it reaches up to 30 to 40 chapters. This day, I don't have any motivation to write anymore, and also, I seem to hit a wall that prevents me from having any ideas on how to move this Fanfic forward.
