Quinn decided to make his mansion today. First, he took out the blueprints and checked the required resources if he had all of them. He found that he had all the required wood, stone and metal and others but he didn't have anything for paint. He could still build it without paint but it's just gonna look like plain wood, stone and metal. He also saw that there was an optional addition of cloth made from beast furs that would result with a flag. Furthermore, Quinn could also customize an emblem.
As for the missing resources, he thought of the forum and decided to use it to gather more resources. This time, he was gonna use the Regional Chat's Trade function just in case there would be resources that couldn't be found in this area. For example, sand that is used to make glass.
This time, he directly put 100 iron swords he made from blueprints for trade and the prices for exchange were the various resources needed to complete the mansion. Moreover, he also needed to build furnitures and while he could use the wood the make all those, additional materials were still needed for things such as cusions, pillows and mattresses.
He also posted a Warehouse lvl 1 on the forum and was as expensive as 50 swords.
This quickly sent a wave of commotion in the forums since there was a bigshot who was capable of selling a hundred iron swords who all much better that their initial wooden swords.
Quinn wasn't afraid of attracting attention. In fact, he wanted it even though he didn't even like meeting with people in the first place. As long as he didn't show too much, he would show off as much as he can in the forums.
He even boldly stated, "Im also buying treasure chests with double the price of the average amount of resources for each chest.
People became even crazier and wondered how much wealth this dude had
Chests were divided into grades— Wooden, Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Epic, Legendary and Mythic.
Wooden treasure chests provided an average amount of 15 wood, 15 stone, 1 iron and a tiny chance for a trash tier blueprint to appear. Starting from Bronze, the average resources would double while also increasing the chance of blueprints and higher level and tier items.
[******]: Boss! Boss! I have a Wooden Treasure Chest. Please buy it! I don't need resources, please give me some food. I only have bread and I have long eaten it all but I'm still hungry.
[******]: Holy shit. Person upstairs, how did you eat all your supply. That was supposed to last you a few days.
[******]: Bah! What few days, that was enough for a snack.
[******]: Fatass!
[******]: Fatass +1
[******]: Fatass +2
[******]: +3
Aside from those few idiots, a lot were exchanging for their own treasure chests. Most of the chests were Wooden and Iron since they could only provide wood, stone and iron which probably already occupied everybody's inventories. Therefore it would be better to exchange for something that they currently needed.
Most of them were still actually food and water since they actually only start appearing at Bronze chests and very few still dares to approach Bronze chests guarded by beasts. Water was abundant so he could provide it to a lot of people. As for food, he was forced to go out and hunt for more.
He set out immediately and started a massacre whenever he saw a monster. He would barely check the loot before delivering them to the warehouse and then search for more monsters. With his increased attributes together with his maxed out [Slash], he had very high efficiency for killing since it pretty much took only a single hit for every kill.
Unfortunately, he still took some time looking for the monsters so he took the rest of the day to kill hundreds of monsters to satisfy his customer's needs.
After exchanging, he checked the swords and saw that there were only a few were sold while the warehouse wasn't touched at all. It was understandable since they all just started and haven't gathered that much resources yet. However, Quinn was also indirectly increasing the speed of other's development since he provided them with weapons and other stuff to help them survive, explore and hunt other monsters. As of now, there are already new items appearing in the shop, although very few. However as time passes and more buys his weapons, everyone's development would just become faster and faster.
Quinn had also received private messages attempting to negotiate but he directly ignored those. It's not that he didn't want to negotiate, he just didn't know how to and wouldn't be able to figure out if he was profiting or making a loss.
He was mentally tired after a whole day, but looking on the bright side he rose another four levels and was one level away from ranking up.

Remembering that rabbit who nearly killed him, if he let it attack him now, it won't even deal any damage since it would get recovered in an instant.
All of his skills also barely have any consumption since his mana could be recovered pretty quickly.
Quinn smiled faintly and was about to close the panel screen when he received a message that interested him.
[Jon]: Hello Mr. Quinn. I have here a fireball spell. Would you be interested in a trade?
[Quinn]: Oh? You're using that yourself? Isn't that a pretty useful skill that can at least let you attack from a distance.
[Jon]: Yes, but the problem is I'm more of a physical type and I haven't invested enough in the area of magic.
Quinn talked to him some more and then asked what he wanted to trade it for. He scoffed when he learned that he wanted the warehouse. A spell isn't enough to exchange for a warehouse.
Jon was silent for a moment before presenting another skill. It was a levitation spell that could evolve into a high-speed flight spell. Sounds pretty powerful right? Unfortunately, it costs 50 mp/ sec to maintain and even full magic builds couldn't afford to use it. That's why Jon didn't present it at first since it had a pretty big drawback.
What he didn't know was that this problem was useless to Quinn. Not only was his mana recovery pretty fast, he also had a vast amount of mana. Moreover, he could rapidly level it up to decrease the consumption or just level up to increase his recovery rate and mana reserves. When that time comes, Quinn could practically live in the air.
This time, Quinn didn't refuse nor hesitated and directly traded for both the spells with the warehouse. Jon was slightly surprised why Quinn would want to trade a warehouse with a basic spell and a broken spell.
Quinn didn't care about what he thought and immediately learned the two spells.
Congratulations, you have learned a new spell, Fireball
Congratulations, you have learned a new spell, Levitation
[Fireball lvl 1]
Description: Gathers the fire elements and condense it with mana, forming a ball of fire. Deals +10% magic damage and 1% burning damage per sec for 5 seconds.
[Levitation lvl 1]
Description: Gathers the wind elements and fuse it with the body. Makes the body as light as air and let's the user float mid air. 50 mp/sec consumption.
Quinn burst into happiness as soon as he confirmed the spells were integrated into his skill board. He then chanted 'Levitation' inside his head. He felt a gust of wind pass by followed by the feeling of weightlessness. He felt his feet separating from the ground slowly.
