After submitting all necessary information for the Tier 1 dungeons, he also did the same with the Tier 2 dungeons. Now, he just needed to place it somewhere suitable and the adventurers could easily access it.
Of course, Quinn also couldn't just put it somewhere random and be done with it. No, it had to be grand. At first, he was going to make a blueprint for a building but stopped when he remembered Ballard.
"Right, I could give this task to Ballard and his team." Right now, because of the surge in population, there also been a number of talents appearing. Although, professions such as Architects were rare, there had still been a few because of the school's effect of having a slight chance to enlighten.
Quinn quickly contacted Ballard and told him about the new task. He told him what the purpose of the building would be and left everything for him and his team to design.
Ballard left immediately after getting all the necessary information to pass it on to his team and work with them to design the best blueprint for the Mayor!
While waiting for results, Quinn decided to study the dungeon cores again to confirm everything. He then found that because the dungeons were still low levelled, the dungeon creatures born would mostly just reptiles and birds. However, although they do not have the dragon and phoenix bloodline, they had been tainted with Emperor Dragon's and Empress Phoenix's aura which raised their strength to a considerable level.
Quinn hypothesized that monsters with the thinnest dragon and phoenix bloodline would probably appear on Tier 3 dungeons or even Tier 4.
Quinn then say the option of [Birth a Dungeon Monster] and of course he needed to pay. He paid the required amounts and then directly made a few dungeon monsters in each dungeon. After that, he increased the breeding capacity and efficiency by a thousand times and then fast forwarded to a thousand years later.
In a few seconds, Quinn watched as the monsters reproduced at a rapid pace, fight for survival and die of old age. The surprising thing was that Quinn saw a few from the earliest generations still surviving. Furthermore, they didn't give off the average beast's savage aura. Instead, their auras were contained and their eyes showed a hint of intelligence.
Quinn was interested in this as he watched as the monsters became smarter and smarter under the dungeon's nurturing. He even wondered if they could evolve given enough time.
After a thousand years of development, the dungeons had developed complete ecosystems since aside from the reptiles, there are still chances that new monsters would be born. The monsters had also grown stronger and probably a party of ten would be needed to take on monsters at the same level.
Quinn made sure there were no abnormalities and decided to call it a day.

The next day, Ballard had contacted Quinn and told him that they already finished designing and making the blueprint. They only needed his permission to retrieve the materials needed.
Quinn had complete trust in their capabilities and directly gave them permission without bothering to check how the blueprint looked like. He just leisurely had breakfast before setting off towards the meeting point.
When Quinn arrived at the designated spot, he saw a huge modernized building. It was mostly made of glass so clear that he would have walked through it if he don't know there was glass.
Entering the building, what greeted Quinn first was a very wide reception area and in front was the reception desk. Ballard then explained that aside from the reception area, the first floor only contained a bar and some rooms to stay in if they weren't in the dungeons.
As for the second floor and upwards, they would all contain the dungeons. They were basically designed like hotel room doors that were lined up along the corridors. The only difference was that instead of normal doors, lined up along the corridors would be portals leading to dungeons. Additionally, with some space compressing technology added in on the blueprint, the portals would all look like 10 m tall. As for their real sizes, it was written on a small board together with other information about the dungeons.
Each floor would contain portals of the same Tier. Starting from the second floor were the Tier 1 dungeons while the higher tiers were on the higher floors.
After they were done touring the building, Quinn placed all the Tier 1 dungeons he had on the second floor before being brought over by Avelin and Jarvis for him to meet the staff.
The staff hired by the elves were all young people. Furthermore, they were all beautiful girls and handsome boys. Basically, the girls take turns on the reception desk where they accept customers, introduce the services and answer questions. The boys were in charge of guiding adventurers to their dungeons while also providing additional information.
After everything was done, Quinn sent messages to all IDWs advertising the new building in the territory. It included some general information just to arouse the adventurers' curiosity.
Quinn didn't even have to wait for long before a large group appeared outside the building. All of them were staring at awe at the magnificent building. The natives were more shocked since this was the first time they ever saw this type of building while the players were more amazed that a fellow player like them could already reach this stage this early. They suddenly felt lucky after joining the town.
Of course, they didn't let the chance pass to brag again in the forums. Quinn saw this and didn't stop them. He didn't care what they did.
On the forums, many players were once again driven crazy by the Sky Town Players' posts. Most players had just started building up their territories but this place already had tall glass buildings. They were even more stunned after learning what the building was for. With it, they basically didn't have to search and travel for a long time just to enter a dungeon. Their levelling efficiency would shoot up countless of times.
Those originally stubbornly arrogant players who were always against joining Quinn since they wanted to prove their worth were now tempted again to join. What a joke, even ordinary players would be able to surpass them with these dungeons help.
Because of this, it brought about a new wave of players wanting to join the town.
After the adventurers were gathered inside the building, Quinn thought that he might as well do the first welcoming of customers.
"Good day adventurers, this day will be the opening of our town's very own Dungeon Association and I am honored to welcome our very first customers."
"For now, we only have the second floor occupied by ten Tier 1 dungeons. Five of them would contain reptilian monsters while the other five would mainly contain birds. However, although these monsters have no noble bloodlines, they have been tainted with dragon's and phoenix's aura so they will be much stronger than the average dungeon monsters. In addition, they are different from other dungeons wherein you can defeat and subdue beasts inside and bring them out as long as you have tamed them. For additional questions, we have receptionists here and assistants to answer them."
"Now for those who wants to go to the dragon dungeon, go to my right and those who wants to go to the phoenix dungeon, go to my left."
After saying all those, the adventurers quickly divided themselves into two groups. As expected, the men went to Quinn's right while women went to his left.
There was an anomaly though and it was that called Sumi again. Among the dragon group she stood out among the men. Well not really, since she actually cut her hair short and you wouldn't notice she was a girl if you're only looking at the back of head.
"Hey Sumi, you're not interested in phoenixes?"
"Of course I am. It's just that dragons look way more cooler and domineering and their bodies just look like they're full of strength."
Quinn thought for moment before realizing something. It looks like this was the first time he actually really paid close attention to other people. He just noticed that Sumi seemed to be a little... tomboyish? Look, she even cut her hair. He then also noticed that she never carried a weapon with her but she always wore some kind of gloves. Did she fight with her fists? Additionally, her aura was full of wildness and don't say that it's because she's an adventurer. Most female adventurers actually nurtured a graceful and elegant aura after adventuring in the wilds for a long time, which sounded a bit contradictory.
It looks like this Sumi was really just different from the others. Quinn was just wondering whether her sexual orientation was also different. If it was, he felt it to be a waste since was considered to be quite the beauty among the adventurers.
