Sparda and Karma returned to training on the fifth morning.
When I refer to training, I mean that Sparda punched Karma in the gut, the cranium, the chest, and other important places.
To let Karma's instincts lead him to a potentially fatal circumstance, he did as such. And it succeeded.
Karma can now hold his own against the knight of hell much better than he could in the early going when he was just getting pounded up.
Since this was only the start of his training, Sparda WAS, of course, being kind to him by taking it easy.
Even so, he had made some progress in just a few days.
Karma was now able to avoid some of Sparda's blows and parry others. But each time he successfully blocked a Sparda assault, it was by a hair's breadth.
He was also just barely dodging Sparda's assaults.
Additionally, he was becoming stronger each time he engaged in combat by honing his instincts via his training with Sparda.
