When the lights went out the crowd went crazy and so did my heart. I was going to make a fool of myself.
Kill me now please
"THAT WAS GREAT EVERYONE!" Jerry yelled when he came backstage.
We just came off stage after forty minutes of dancing and I was sweating/dry-heaving/dying because of the effort I just had to make.
I’m not going to lie, it was actually pretty fun and I wanted to do it again. But the fact that I knew Nate was probably watching from the side-especially that time when my skirt accidentally went up because of the thing that blew smoke.
"You were great Renee." Jerry congratulated me, patting my shoulder as I started unbuttoning my crop top.
"Thanks." I smiled.
"If you continue like that, you’ll get to be a main dancer in no time. You’ve got talent love."
I blushed and nodded, thanking him again.
"You danced really great, I wasn’t expecting that." Katherine told me once we were back in our normal clothes.
