I closed the door behind me and tried to ignore their glances as I walked down the stairs.

"So." Hannah said smirking when we reached the front door.

"So what? Goodnight." I spoke quickly.

"Did he just say I love you?" Jade questioned.

"That was so cute! And oh my god, you were holding him down like a slave!" Kaylee went on.

"And he blushed, Rey. He blushed. It’s so cute."

"Um, okay. Can we-can we talk about this later? You know for example, like, never?" I asked blushing.

"Well we don’t want to keep you away from your boyfriend, do we." Jade said and smiled.

"Jake is smoking outside and Sean left with Nate’s cousin."

"Then I guess we’re going. Goodnight." Kaylee smiled and kissed my cheek, before I opened the door for them and watched them as they went.
