Akiko

I'm not very good at talking to girls, So I often indulge myself in dating sims and anime girls, that's all I need.

But there's one girl that I talk to she's cute and for some reason every time she sees me she gleefully comes up to me and starts talking.

"Hey John," she says to me.

"What's up Ashley."

"Nothing just saw you looking like a loner and decided to come and cheer you up."

The truth is I did enjoy her company but I could never understand why she would talk to a loser like me, My looks are average if not even below average I'm not athletic, and my grades are abysmal.

"Why do you even talk to someone like me anyway."

"Because I love you."

"Huh."

"Nothing, my class is about to start to see you later."

She runs off to class.

I spend the rest of the day thinking about what she said, It sounded like she said she loved me but there's nothing to love about me so I brushed it aside and pretend I didn't hear anything.

To be honest, I think this is some sort of manipulative tactic, maybe she sees me as an easy target and wants to mess with my emotions, with this in mind I avoid her for the rest of the day.

I get off the bus and head straight upstairs and throw my backpack on the ground and head start for my PC.

I boot it up.

I started playing this new dating sim that came out last month, I started playing it last week and I'm currently on my favorite heroine's route

Akiko.

Akiko.

My dear sweet Akiko.

she was perfect.

So I spend the rest of my evening playing this game and eventually finished her route.

After this, I turn off the computer and lie in bed and drift to sleep.

"I love you, John," Ashley says to me.

I love you too Ashley." I reply.

I immediately awake from that dream.

I lie on my back and look at the ceiling.

"Why is that girl on my mind."

Yeah, why is she on your mind."

I hear a voice that sounds so much like Akiko.

"Who said that."

"It's me your wife Akiko."

I sit upon my bed and see Akiko sitting on my bed.

"Akiko it's you, I'm so sorry for thinking about 3D girls all I need is you."

"Yes, that's correct all you need is me."

Akiko leans against me.

Her lips close to my face, she whispers.

"She's just playing with your emotions she doesn't love you."

"I figured."

"Why not kill her, she made a fool out of you and messed with your emotions, scum like that doesn't deserve to exist."

"Yeah, that's right."

"Now undress so we can release some of that stress."

The very next day I bring my bat to school, it's hidden in my backpack and I wait the day out.

After the end of the school day, I approach Ashley.

"Hey Ashley I need to tell you something behind the school building can you come with me."

She agrees and we find ourselves behind the school.

"So what's up John."

I say nothing I just take my backpack off and pull the bat out of it.

"Hey bro what's with the ba-..."

I swing the bat and hit Ashley in the side of her head blood gushing out of her head.

I don't stop there I keep smashing the bat into her face over and over and over and over and over again.

Then something clicks in my brain and I look down at Ashley, her face no longer recognizable and the entire ground covered in blood, I look at my clothes which are drenched in blood, I look at my bat also drenched in blood, everywhere I look there's blood, I smell blood.

Blood.

Blood.

Blood.

What have I done?

And with that, I scream.

And to this day I don't know if the laughs I were hearing during this horrific event were real

or just in my head.

The End.
