She escaped

I stormed over to the window, leaning over to glance down with far heavy raindrops pummeling my face and head, bathing me with water. The distance from this window to the ground was survivable, and Tina landed in a hedge of flowers, overflowing with mud from the blindingly raging storm.

She flailed around in the flowers, trying to get up but kept falling back into a bed of leaves and swaying stems. She let out a wild scream, struggling now, covered with mud, to get out of the hedge but she couldn’t. She was stuck.

Fuck yes!

My eyes abruptly caught the car parked right in front of the house in the heavy downpour, but what sent alarm bursting out in my head, was the sight of a male figure under the heavy rain, hurrying towards Tina trapped in the hedge. No. Fuck, no! I dashed back around at top speed out of the room and down the winding hallways with my heart pounding hard from all the action, and with adrenaline pumping through my muscles.
