Panic Attack

Leilani

And if I can’t keep her out, I had to get out of here somehow. With my heart in my mouth and my breath shaky, I turned away from the door towards the large glass windows spanning the wall of the kitchen. However, as I got closer, I realized that there was no way I could get the windows open, because the protection screen had been activated from outside the kitchen.

Sara must have put the house on protection mode when the storm began.

And now I can’t even get out through the kitchen window. I could feel the dread jolting down my spine with each heavy thump on the other side of the door, with the pathetic groan of the door, coupled with the deranged laughter coming from Tina. Oh god oh god oh god- My panicking eyes travelled around the kitchen for another escape and I noticed that everything that I could have used as a weapon was missing.

Knives.

Cutlery.

Other potential weapons.
