My name is Jasamina McCully and I am twenty years old.

Two years ago, my parents forced me to marry a rich congressman named Ludale McCully. A forty-five year old man that turned out to be the most abusive man on the whole planet.

"To save my family from poverty." My mother had said to me as she pushed me to marry the forty-five year old man. I was crying and begging my parents but they didn&#x27;t listen. I was just a means to an end.

He abused and beat me within an inch of my life for the past two years. Everytime I get the chance, I try to escape and every single time he finds me.

Then, he punishes me for ever trying to leave. The punishment is always worst than death. Because of that, I never tried to escape again.

THE HOMELESS BILLIONAIRE

Today is such a bright day. The wind blew around the house, the beautiful smell of the cottage filled the air. The best scent are the flowers I planted in every part of the house.

Smells like home. Feels like home.

I don't know why I feel so fulfilled, maybe because I'm hale and hearty. All my bruises are gone, the scars are fading. Jaimie is bouncing happily, playing and laughing.

Nothing gives me joy than seeing him grow rapidly. I went round the house doing the cleaning, at a point I wondered if Tanner is still asleep. I've not seen him all morning.

I cleaned the sitting room and entered the kitchen. What are we going to eat for breakfast?

Wait a minute! I just realize something. i haven't cooked real food ever since he took me in. All we ever eat is bought by Tanner each time he goes out.

Oh, I've been so ungrateful. Well, today I'm gonna make sure i prepare a good meal.
