Cadence Granbury is the highly skilled and experienced personal assistant to CEO James Oliver. Their relationship has been nothing but professional since Cadence started working for him two years ago. That is, until James receives an ultimatum from his ailing grandfather:  get married or get very little! Unwilling to lose out on the bulk of his inheritance, James does everything in his power to expedite the process of finding a wife. <p>Thursday evening proceeded easily. Charles was doing well enough to notice how exhausted both James and Cadence looked. With good nature, he encouraged them to go home early and get some rest. The decision was made easier once Belinda arrived and said she'd stay late with the old man instead. She'd even promised to let him teach her how to play backgammon which made Charles's eyes light up with unrestrained mirth. It was such a heartwarmingly strong reaction as to make Belinda look thoroughly embarrassed. Which, in turn, prompted her to tell James "Grab your wife and fuck off already." Her brusk attitude offended no one but James and Cadence left all the same. </p>
