One Bed

'Strange sound? Oh my God, how is this? Looks like tomorrow I have to invite Adisty to sleep here, it's up to Mr. Arseno to be angry or not,' Jingga thought.

Arseno stuffed instant noodles into his mouth while looking at Jingga's frightened face.

'You've only been here one day, but I can see clearly that you're not comfortable with this situation. Jingga, I will continue to make you uncomfortable living here. In the end, you immediately asked for a divorce even though it had not been a year,' Arseno thought.

There was a sly smile that Arseno showed, but Jingga didn't see it at all. He was busy with the fear that swept through his mind.

"Eat it, it'll get cold later," said Arseno happily sipping his appetizing instant noodle soup.

Jingga realized and immediately tried to eat the instant noodles he made.

"Oh yes, Mister Arseno, why don't we stay in the mansion?" asked Jingga.

Jingga thought that by living in the mansion at least he could make friends with the maids and would not be friends with being alone.

"Mama asked us here, Mama wanted us to be alone and ..." Arseno's words stopped.

"And what?"

Arseno sighed slowly.

"And we can quickly give them grandchildren."

"Hah?" Jingga immediately choked hearing Arseno's words.

Arseno quickly gave his glass to Jingga. Jingga immediately took it and drank it quickly. Indirectly they have been drinking in the same glass.

"Be careful," said Arseno coldly.

"How can Mama ask for something that can't be done," said Jingga.

"Don't worry, I don't feel like having anything to do with you either, just say it if you're having trouble getting pregnant and it's all over," explained Arseno lightly.

Indeed what Arseno said was the best way, but for some reason, Jingga felt hurt to hear that.

'Isn't it a sin to lie to parents? But, I also don't want to share a room with this man. But I also have doubts, after all he is my husband, it's a sin if I don't serve him well, after all, the orphanage always says if I have to be a pious wife,' Jingga thought.

"Oh yes, tomorrow after work you clean the apartment, I don't want to know, this apartment must be perfectly clean," said Arseno.

"Yes, the noblest Arseno," answered Jingga.

"Are you making fun of me?" asked Arseno.

"No, I don't have the power to make fun of you," replied Jingga with a wry smile.

Jingga continued to eat and Arseno looked at Jingga's beautiful face.

'Naturally beautiful, natural white too, but why does her face seem familiar to me? Why do I seem to know him so closely?' Arseno thought.

"Jingga, was that your cooking?" asked Arseno.

"Yes," answered Jingga who looked nonchalant.

"Where did you learn to cook?"

"In the orphanage I cook every day, Mr. Arseno, indirectly the mother of the orphanage always teaches cooking procedures. My mother died when I was 10 years old, so I didn't get a lot of cooking knowledge at that time," explained Jingga.

Arseno looked at Jingga's sad face.

'It can't be denied that Jingga's cooking is very good. And I think Orange's cooking is much better than the maid's cooking in the mansion. Ah, no, Arseno why are you praising him? Don't let him hear you praising him,' thought Arseno.

"Losing someone is very painful, the heartache can't be explained in detail," said Arseno, referring to Jingga's delicious food.

"Have you ever lost?"

"No, I've never lost. But I can feel that loss. I don't know what I'm feeling right now, obviously, I don't understand that," said Arseno.

"Weird."

"Weird?"

"Yeah, you're weird. How can you feel loss when you've never lost?"

"I don't know either, but I can feel the pain of losing."

"Up to you."

"I'm done, please clean up everything," Arseno immediately left Jingga alone.

'Hah? It's inhumane at all, how could he leave me here,' thought Jingga who looked at Arseno's back who was away.

Meanwhile, Arseno was smiling widely because he had succeeded in making Jingga fall silent. With a quick movement, Jingga immediately cleaned up the leftovers and went back into the room.

Jingga sat on his bed while opening a romance novel that he liked very much. The clock shows 2 pm but his eyes don't seem to want to close.

Unfortunately, tonight seems not friendly with Jingga. Lightning seemed to interlock and never stop.

Fear is now welling up in Jingga as if he doesn't accept the fact that he is alone facing lightning and heavy rain. Jingga pulled the blanket to cover his body, tears began to fall without warning and at the same time Jingga heard a knock on the door.

"Who? What is Mister Arseno? No way. What a criminal? Huh, my God I forgot to lock the door?" With quick steps Jingga ran towards the bedroom door with the intention of locking the door but Jingga was late, the door was now open and showed a burly man in front of him.

"Mr. Arseno," said Jingga, wiping her tears.

'I guessed right, Jingga must be scared,' thought Arseno.

"Are you crying?" asked Arseno.

"No," answered Ginga.

"Come on, don't lie," said Arseno.

Arseno doesn't really love Jingga, but he still has feelings for a woman until Arseno decides to check on Jingga's condition.

Jingga didn't answer Arseno's words and instead was busy wiping his tears.

Without Jingga's answer, Arseno went straight into Jingga's room and lay down on Jingga's bed.

"Mr. Arseno, do you want me to sleep outside the room?" asked Jingga.

"You're so stupid Jingga. I can run out if Mama knows I let you in fear," said Arseno.

Yes, all because he was afraid of Mrs. Diva and Mr. David.

"But we already have an agreement not to share a bed," said Jingga.

"Get rid of your dirty brain. Sleep here, calm down, I won't do anything. Besides, your body is not attractive at all," said Arseno.

Jingga was silent and looked doubtful. Indeed, Arseno is her husband, sleeping in the same bed should not be something to be avoided, but Jingga did not prepare herself to sleep with a man.

"Calm down, your clothes will stay in the same position until morning. I'm just sorry to see you alone here, after all outside the rain and lightning, you must be afraid," said Arseno who seemed to know that Jingga was very afraid of rain and lightning at night .

"Really? Mr. Arseni promised right? We have made a contract agreement, so I hope you stick to everything," said Jingga.

"Arseno Keane never lies, Jingga. Honesty is the number one thing for me," said Arseno.

"Okay," Jingga started walking towards his bed and slowly lay down right next to Arseno's body.

Jingga tried to close his eyes with his body position facing the ceiling of his room. Meanwhile, Arseno looked at Jingga's face which was again very beautiful.

Selva and Jingga have different levels of beauty, so they can't be compared. Selva is indeed beautiful but it's all because of the care and makeup while Jingga has a natural beauty.

'Why is looking at your face like an addiction to me? Even though you are not as beautiful as Selva but your face makes me want to always look at you,' thought Arseno.
