GUILT

To relax and have a bit of self-care after the eventful morning, I decided to go outside to the back porch to do some yoga. This morning, the weather was lovely, so it seemed like the best place.

'It will do me some good, I haven't been exercising much lately'. I picked up yoga years ago when I started suffering from back pain from sitting down for such long periods of time and it did wonders. Eventually, I started to like it more, and now it felt weird whenever I spent long periods of time where I didn't do it.

But to be honest, these past couple of months have been such a mess that it was hard for me to keep up with everything. However, it was time to start back up and get back to healthier routines now that I had settled down.
