Chaos Form

After discussing about his future lessons with Dai Jiayi, Alex returned back to his room. The first thing he did was checking his appearance.

Using the mirror, Alex learnt that he became more handsome than what he knew from his memories.

"Probably due to my physique."

Alex has short black hair, deep ocean-black eyes and a fair skin. He was quite satisfied with his looks although there was a bit of innocence on his face. After all, he was just ten years old.

Alex felt that due to his unique aptitude, he would become more and more handsome as he reached a higher realm.

Thus Alex wasn't worried much. He just have to grow up.

Alex sat on his bed as he opened the Idle Cultivation game interface. According to his estimate, it would be time to collect the idling rewards in a few minutes. It was close to an hour already.

But just as Alex opened the game screen, a notification popped up. He had ignored it earlier because of being interrupted by his eldest senior sister.

"Oh! Finally a transformation skill."

Alex was excited as he knew how amazing these type of skill/techniques were. They could only be used by those who has a unique constitution or technique. It was similar to those berserk skills in video games.

He immediately checked the description.

[Chaos Form (Incomplete)]

[Description : After activation, the user can bring the Chaos Armour into existence. It will increase the user's strength by one minor realm.]

[Time limit : 10 seconds]

Alex wanted to use it immediately, only then can he determine it's power.

He stood up from the bed and activated the Chaos Form with a thought. In the next moment, a black light was emitted from Alex's body as a faint circular grey symbol appeared behind him.

The black light started transforming into pitch black scales as it covered Alex's entire body except his head. Alex's body looked no different than that of a humanoid beast.

At the same time, Alex's hair turned greyish-white as his eyes became scarlet red. His aura became extremely chaotic like that of a creature from hell. Also, Alex's mind was affected as it became much more clearer. His five senses were enhanced and Alex felt that even his sixth sense has birthed.

At this moment, Alex's transformation was completed. Although the changes were huge, it only took an instant.

As Alex felt the strength rushing through his entire body, he realised that although his cultivation has increased by only one minor realm, his combat rating has definitely increased by one whole realm.

Before long ten seconds passed, as the Chaos Armour faded into black starlight particles.

Just as Alex was about to sigh in amazement, he felt his vision turning black as he lost control of his body. He passed out almost immediately due to the intense stress his body faced when he transformed.

After about two hours, Alex slowly woke up again from his 'sleep'.

"That's a hell of a side effect."

"But the power was too great so it was likely to have an insane side effect."

"Fortunately, it's not dangerous for me."

"Well, whatever. Let's first collect the idling rewards."

Alex opend the game screen. At this moment, there was a glowing tresure chest bellow Alex's game character. He immediately tapped on it.

[Rewards accepted.]

Just by using this 600 year's worth of cultivation, Alex could break through another major realm. Also the number of spirit stones he received was not small. The grade of spirit stones were low, mid, high and top. The conversion ratio was 100 : 1.

This wasn't the end to it. He even received 600 weapons and equipments. From these, 400 were Mortal-grade weapons or equipments and about 200 were Spiritual-grade.

This amount was a huge amount for a tier one sect.

In this world, sects were divided into tiers for judging their strength more orderly. These tiers were usually awarded by the kingdoms or empires they reside in.

Their sect, the Nine Immortal Palaces was just a tier one sect. They reside in the territory of the Holy Kingdom. Although the name was imposing, it was only a low-level kingdom.

Not just that, the previous king was overthrow not too long ago by one of his ministers. There are even rumours that a member of the royal family has escaped.

But since the new king hasn't made a move, no one was sure.

As for the 6K crafting essence, it can be used for crafting weapons and equipments as it's name suggests.

But first, Alex must unlock the crafting table. It could be obtained from daily login.

"I haven't collected the daily login rewards."

Thinking about daily login, Alex realised that he still haven't collected today's.

He immediately tapped on a scroll like icon under which the word 'Daily Rewards' was written.

In the next moment, a long list appeared on the game screen. The first item on the list has a golden coloured option which says 'Collect'.

The rest were greyed out.

Alex tapped on the 'Collect' option. From what he remembered, the first reward would always be a martial arts technique or spell.

[Reward accepted.]

{Starfall}

"Seriously! My luck is really off the charts."

Alex was a bit speechless as he had heard of this skill in his previous life. It was an archery related technique.

It was one of the best archery technique as well as one of the best long range technique. According to some rumours, it was said that one could hit a target even if it was in another dimension or time zone.

The complete Starfall was divided into two skills. Shooting Star and Starlight Blast.

Shooting Star was a long-range single-target attacking skill. While Starlight Blast was a long-range AOE attacking skill.

It was said that one can even use this technique without bow and arrow. But the mastery should be atleast at Lesser Mastery in order to do so.

"I will surely try it when I have the time but right now, I must break through first."
