  “And the Fae, My Lady?” Nareena asked anxiously.

  “How many are sick?” Sylvin asked.

  “A half dozen, My Lord,” Nareena replied. “From both Elliard and your household, My Lord.”

  “Elliard is my household,” he corrected absently.

  “They must have caught it here… If it is something that can be caught…” Yelena added as they entered the keep. The hall again stilled, and the servants and slaves watched with open-mouthed fascination as the Lord of the Silver Dragon nonchalantly carried a piglet up the stairs. “One problem at a time, Nareena,” Yelena decided as they followed him. “This illness took time to develop in my father. We have time to work out what is happening with the Fae…”
