Nicien Vamieres walked closer to Captain Ricard who stood still without saying anything. He then observed the Captain's expression before he asked, "Who will be the scapegoat this time?"

Hearing the question, Captain Ricard lowered his gaze. "I will take care of everything, Your Highness. And I will make sure that your name won't be tainted by this. So, please trust in me."

The Prince narrowed his eyes and sneered in disgust. Then he turned his back on the Captain and took a seat on the couch. "I could never understand you."
