**EVELINE**

I stand up wiping my tears and then exhale. I feel immense heartbreak but I have to do this even if it hurts and it feels so hard. It's what's best for me and that sometimes can seem like not it and so hard to do even if we know otherwise.

He looks at me as I open the door and leave the room. I walk all the way to the headmistresses' office and knock gently in her office. It's pretty late ad I don't know if she is there or she has already left.

The door opens and I step inside. There she is, seated on her desk and then the door closes behind me on its own.

"Evelin, you look distressed, are you okay?" she asks as she removes her glasses and sets them on the desk.

I clear my throat and then wipe my palms on my jeans as I walk over to seat on the chair opposite her desk. "No. I was hoping if I could talk to you?"

"Yes, you caught me at the right time," she replies and then waits for me to patiently start talking.
