Aiden lived a normal life until the death of his mother happen out of nowhere. He tries to unravel the life his mother has hidden from him his whole life. With his mentor Win Mora (Shin) being by his side to help him uncover his new abilities, while also having his own plans for Aiden.

our car went flying off the road from the impact


and kept on spinning until it hit a tree on the side of the road.


"ah,fu-ck"Holly in shock was the first to say anything


As we moved we heard the glass crackling under us. Are car was upside down. Holly was on the floor and so was I. That just left mom


"HOLY SHIT" As soon as Holly saw the state Mom was in, it was only natural for her to react in that way


Mom had been impaled by a tree branch threw the stomach. By the time we were able to move, she had already lost a lot of blood. More than me probably.


Holly was shouting, surprisingly she was in pretty good condition


Holly continued to hit on the seats and shout screaming for help


Holly climbed threw the broken window and got out


As soon as she left Mom started to talk


"Look Aiden, I don't have much more time"


As she was talking she periodically coughed


"There's something inside you, it's been there ever since you were born."


Something inside me? What was she talking about?


"Your father was keeping it under control but ever since he disappeared, it's slowly become stronger"


It's been a bit since Mom mentioned Father, I never got to know him well, Mom told me that he was working overseas and wasn't able to call. So what did she mean when she said disappeared?


"This thing inside you will grow stronger and will one day take over your conscious."


Mom was always drunk so I wouldn't find it hard to believe that she was drunk but since she was driving pretty good, I could dismiss her being drunk


"Find Win Mora, he will teach you how to control the thing inside you"


Win Mora? I thought I heard his name before. Surprisingly it was one of the few memories I had of Mom and Father.


with her saying that she smiles and looks up


she looked at me once more this time in tears
