New World / Training Begins

"The New World?"

Shin said Horizon Academy was located in the New World. But where was this New World he was talking about

"The New World is hidden from people who don't have Kin"

"Ok…I get that but how do you get to it?"

I was wondering this because If I have Kin I should've been able to see this New World, but I haven't seen any sign of it

"You go threw a portal"

"And how do you find a portal?"

"There's 5 gateways in each region of the world, to find a gateway, you make a Portal finder with your Kin"

"Ok but eventually someone who doesn't have Kin would've found one by know, right?"

"The gateway can only be seen by people who have akin"

"Oh…ok"

Seeing as I no longer had any questions

"So….What now?"

"I'll train you right now"

"Now? But I have school"

"You won't need school, Your going to go to the New World"

"But why?"

"The last time I saw your Mom she told me that if anything were to happen to her, to take you and your sister in and train both of you and take you to the New World"

"Mom…said that?"

"Yes"

"So were do we start?"

"Well, first we need you to learn how to make things with your Kin, Then how to use it without any restrictions"

"Restrictions?"

"Well, at first you can only use Kin to make things, but when you use akin without restrictions you can admit Kin out of your body and use it as it is. You don't have to make something to use it"

"So at first, if I want to use akin I have to make something thing, but to use Kin without restrictions

I need to admit Kin out of my body and use it in its base form?"

"Yes"

"ok but that sounds useless then just making something out of Kin"

"At first glance yes, but when you make something out of Kin, it's modified, when you admit it, the Kin is in a raw state, for some reason Kin is stronger in a raw state then modified"

This whole time Shin and I were sitting on his Kin in the sky

He got up and continued to explain

"Look, if you make a sword out of Kin, it's modified, but if you admit Kin and make an aura to block the sword attacking, the sword is going to have a harder time getting past the aura because the non-modified Kin is in a more balanced state"

"Oh…I kinda get it"

"Ok…now time to go to my house"

"Huh? To train?"

"Yes"

Shin took me to his house while walking on his Kin in the night sky

"So what about Holly?"

"I'll take care of her while your at the academy, she doesn't have Kin"

"Oh…that kinda sucks"

"Nothing we can do about it"

We arrived at Shins house and he took me to the basement

"Ok let's get started"

Shin took off his jacket and placed it on a bench

The basement look extremely big

There was boxing equipment all over the place

It was like a at home gym

Shin took me to the mat

"Ok Aiden, Unleash your Kin:)"

Shin smiled weirdly

I tried unleashing my Kin but I had no idea what I was doing

"And how do I do that?"

"You kinda just do it, how bout you try making a stick. Something simple and easy"

A stick huh

I put my arms out

I opened my right hand

I closed my eyes

BLO…BLOO…

When I closed my and concentrated I felt energy coming off my hand.

But the energy was sporadic. It would gain in mass then fall back down.

"Hmm?"

"Black and Red huh"

Shin hadn't said anything to me yet

"Try again"

I put my hands down to rest them, after a little, I raised them, my hands were closed. I closed my eyes and then opened my arms. Slowly expanding the distance between both of my arms.

As I was slowly building the distance between both hands and Kin Slowly came out.

The Kin slowly kept building up

"So what do I do when i have enough Kin to make a stick"

"Just imagine a stick in your hand"

I chuckled. Helpful, I closed my eyes and continued to build up my Kin

BLOo…Bloo…

Ah…

I started to feel pain all over my body

It felt like if i was poisoned

"You ok Aiden"

"It hurts"

"Shit"

As i continued to build Kin, my Kin started to turn black

Pain continued to surge threw my body and the body continued to build up

"AH FUCK IT HURTS"

"The fucks up with your Kin"

"I DONT KNOW, Just make…it stop…tch"

Shin swiped his hands in a half X motion

As soon as he did that, my Kin disappeared
