The moon began to show from behind the pine trees, a fresh, dewy mist began to rise, and stillness reigned over our surroundings. While Seff left with no other words left to say, we all stood there and watched.

I furrowed my eyebrow. This is the first time I've seen him so speechless. He'd usually get over it by saying a joke or something, but to think he'd leave so silently like that.

Easton comes up to me, "Alpha, what happened? What did you say to Alpha Seff for him to make such a face?"

"You should've beaten him alpha, that guy is too cocky," Noah complains.
