Chapter 66

~*~

It was past midnight.

As we ran our way back to my hotel a few kilometers away, I stopped in front of the entrance when I noticed that no one was waiting for me as I expected. It was an empty hall, no one but us was present at the moment.

"That's odd," I whisper. "Am I not in trouble?"

Ryan held his laughter, "Looks like you're not that important."

I glared at him, and he immediately looked away.

Not important? As if.

My eyes traveled what was above me. I tried to sense the guys. It was faint, but they were there. I could even sense Derek's presence above me. It was that signal that I quickly grabbed Ryan's collar and started to drag him to the elevator.

He shrugs my hands off when the door closes, "What the hell?! can't you just call him down? why do I have to go inside?"
