"We will still see each other again if you use that card," Doctor Taniel said with a gentle expression on his face. Compared to how he threw Julia before with whatever magic he used, I didn't feel much tense this time under his pressure.


But I was surprised for a bit as to how he knew about the Black Joker card. But since he was serving directly under Edelle, the Black Joker, then perhaps he might really know some major details about the quest and event items.


"Don't curse me like that," I smiled wryly. "If indeed we see each other and I was brought to this place again, that means I will be gravely injured."


"I know." Doctor Taniel said, a cold smile escaping his lips. "If that happens, I would give you more proper treatment, to treat you." He said emphasizing the word "proper". Somewhat that caused me shivers all over my spine.


"Then I should be more careful," I laughed with nervousness.
