Seth whisked Kinley home after a couple more margaritas and memory shares. The fact that they had to make plans to keep themselves safe from wolves was something Kinley never imagined she would ever have to deal with, not in this lifetime or any other. Wolves were something she read about in fairytales when she was a little girl, not something she thought she would end up being head over heels in love with.


Seth unlocked the door and flipped on the hall light. He did a quick search and made sure they weren't coming home to any surprises. 


"Despite the topic of conversation tonight, I had fun. I love that you want to get to know my friends."


"I just wish it were under better circumstances, but I am enjoying getting to know them too," said Seth. He took her hand in his and placed the sweetest kiss on the top of it.
